My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare No response received from Paytm for ticket ID 22087814314 for more than 36 hrs & Paytm claims they provide 24*7 support.Order ID for same is 19004741423.I had to make repayment twice as initial payment was successful but didn’t reflected in the passbook. Need refund.

Hello @Paytm @Paytmcare , You just say 24*7 support, but you don't support. I have paid the Postpaid amount it still asks me to repay. And it says we can terminate the postpaid service anytime after the full payment. But it still doesn't show up. Pls Guide me to terminate it.

@Paytm I request all people please don't open Paytm bank account. Paytm bank simple block your account if someone doing fake without taking any confirmation they block you account you can't able contact Paytm people
