My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare's 24/7 customer service is totally useless. My complaint reference number is 3228762503 (dated Thu 13 Oct 2022), and was asked to upload a selfie with my PAN card on the chat. 🙄

@Paytm Hi I make a 10000 rs transation via my paytm bank upi ref. No. 226846856906. But the app was fraud. Then I request chargback but already 20 days gone but your support agent don't give me refund. Please refund my money soon otherwise I will complaint against u at consumer form.
