    My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm it's very ridiculous that I have bought 5 paytm e vouchers from Woohoo but none of them is adding in Paytm wallet.. I am struggling for the same since last two days but same error is showing "sorry, this offer is not active" contacted paytm care many times but no solution

    Hey @Paytm #AdityaBirlaCapital called me from last 2 days. I know my #PaytmPostpaid A/c's issue is already under process. But You also have to inform #AdityaBirlaCapital that "issues is under process there is a system's problem not customer's problem. So, don't call customer."

    @Paytmcare I have been defrauded by paytm wallet. Without my consent my wallet money used for buying Gold. So far I have run pillar to post for raising this issue. I had tough time reaching your customer care & branch. No body is coming forward to help & resolve this issue. ticket3197397158

    @Paytmcare I already am a KYC verified user but don't know how my Paytm wallet froze, and it asking me to do KYC again. The KYC point is very far from my residence so I want to do KYC online but I'm not seeing any options for Video KYC in my Paytm app. Kindly help
