    My Paytm is not working properly I can make transaction but when u try to pay Paytm postpaid bill or helpline it's not working even I can't click on pay due if my dues get more then what I have to pay I will be not responsible for that plz fix it @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @BSNLCorporate I think issue happened like this, 57 pack is roaming pack in kerala bsnl circle. The same pack is 56 at karnataka circle, i was recharging karnataka bsnl mobile. I think paytm app did not checked which circle, and give me kerala pack for 57.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have used paytm wallet to pay electricity bill through paytm, the money got deducted twice. After calling the customer care makes me wait for 28minutes to speak to the manager, and my transaction of the electricity bill never got reversed. Please help.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I have been struggling since yesterday to get help from customer care with no response.Customer care executives hung up on me multiple times. My amount got stuck in wallet and reason mentioned by executives is debit freeze.. However kyc is clear.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar #paytm team, thr is no confusion in saying that ur support is just BAKWAAS and ur executive answering on support ticket hv ZERO IQ. They even dnt read the query and just reply without using ur mind. Ticket 3123316599 is an example
