    My @Paytm acc has been frozen without any reason, despite the fact that my KYC is updated. No payments can be made by me and money is stuck. Customer care has provided no support whatsoever. I am forced to take write on Twitter for support. @Paytmcare

    @DGCAIndia you must look into this issue with out customer approval @Paytm (agent) asked for a refund and @GoFirstairways has done it .... all of without my consent ..

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I am unable to undrstnd why useless bot chat box is there which can not even connect us to customer care executive wen u write there 24*7 it’s really irritating to get bot answers. Just wanted to close Paytm postpaid can you suggest any book written over it?
