@Dheeru08r @Paytmcare Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @Multihackassist by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

@Paytmcare when another person paytm already blocked by mistake if anyone send the payment on that no unknowingly without asking. How can paytm make it successful?? Is it right?? How payment get back?? It is serious issue!! Paytm service is very Bad!!

Hi @Paytmcare , your customer support sucks big time . Had taken a loan , closed the loan by repaying the complete amount , but now the monthly EMI gets deducted , and on top of that not able to reach anyone !! Pls help !! Really poor customer support

@Paytm I had faced so many issues with so many customer cares but,@PaytmTravelCare is worst I had faced till date, others also showed they helping (jst showing not helping) but @PaytmTravelCare is so f**ed up that they dont have any intention to help, they just blaming each other

@Paytm i haven't added any card in credit card payment section but Paytm is showing HDFC card in that, though I don't hold any card from HDFC and when I raised concern with customer care they aren't helping with any resolution so who is responsible for such scams
