I’ve been waiting for their calls and updates for the last 7 days, but all I get are false assurances. In my opinion, this feels like a planned trap for customers.

Consumers should not be compelled to pursue legal proceedings for legitimate refunds already acknowledged by the airline.

My account was blocked without any clear explanation & ticket 200011654211 was closed without resolution. A new TKT- 200011731375, has now been opened & another representative is again asking for the details I already shared earlier.
