@MumbaiCentral Yup, absolutely detest @Paytm. I saw unauthorized transactions through my account and I could not report it on the app at all. Customer Care did not help me one bit and stopped responding to my messages.

@shashank_kr please set up inbound call center for merchant's ( razor pay) When the payment go on settlement hold its big pain reaching you customer care via email and chat support... Now had approach @Paytm payment gateway as an alternative

@Paytmcare The credit limit imposed on my account,after that I send my kyc documents to 24/7 section! But still no reply from Paytm! My refund money is stuck in other platform and for this I didn't recieve that! So please help me! It is my primary bank!

@Paytm Paytm didn't help their customers now days! Credit limit imposed on mg account! Still no reply! I sent my kyc documents to them but still no solution! I think we have to shift our payments bank to another bank

@Paytmcare I booked one ticket on 11apr and operator cancelled in last minute n I raised ticket on same date.its been 11 days n 0 reply from ur end. Worst CC service. 13237895696 Spoke with Operator he already issued refund. Work pending from ur side only
