    Though my paytm postpaid payment completed still i didn’t received my NO DUE CERTIFICATE in mail . Paytm promised me that i would receive my NOC on or before 10th of march but no proper response and service . Such a disappointed service from reputed one @Paytm @Paytmcare

    so @Paytm asked me to try UPI Lite as it works even when the normal UPI transaction fails and now I'm trying to use it and it says unable to fetch balance while the normal UPI transaction is working. Good Work !

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare help to, I want to discontinue post paid thing. It's a ridiculous and forced thing that paytm do with the customer. Just close this otherwise I will delete whole paytm account for this only. Everything is good in paytm except post paid. @vijayshekhar

    Is there a way to call @Paytm and just speak to their customer care without being given set of services to choose from. What if my query is Unrelated to all the options given. @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney it's frustrating.. no where on the app can I find the relevant ticket to raise.

    Paytm customer care don't know how to resolve issues. I am unable to do any transaction through my Paytm wallet,customer care don't know to resolved,although I found phone number and email is blank,due to which no transaction is happening. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank
