Ashu Smarth (@smarthchand) reported@PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.

What are you trying to do here ? Lure the old customers who left you 4 such low level marketing gimicks?
