@Paytmcare Unable to make payment through scan&pay using post paid facility of Rs. 40000. I set also postpaid preferred payment option but not appearing along with wallet & bank. It was available before repaying dues of last month. No customer care for postpaid.

All this I came to know after I called @Paytmcare a fews days post I started facing the issue. No formal update from paytm's side regarding this. I am now being asked to run to a nearby paytm kyc centre as apparantly that's my only life goal.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic service & response My acc locked w/o any precursor. After a long struggle to talk to sum1 at Paytm, was told that my KYC stands rejected. Imagine the plight being on highway with Paytm fastag connected to Paytm account. Utter nonsense.

@Paytmcare Such a poor response & service and moreover your customer care team is good for nothing , I am not able to transfer my wallet money to anyone neither to my bank account . I want my money back asap
