@Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

@Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

@SonuKum79555748 I contacted the number you mentioned, they were asking me to share the OTP received through SMS. While so many messages come from Paytm itself, in which it is forbidden to share OTP with anyone. I request you to please try to solve my problem in some other way. @Paytm
