@Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

@Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

@Paytm @Paytmcare Worst kind of customer support and casual, high handed behaviour of care agents and back end team of PayTm. Ticket opened but no one responds on the ticket. On call support behaves rude and high handed. Pathetic. 6 days past, no response or resolution
