@Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

@Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

This issue is open from past 20 days and your team is not even concerned to respond or update it to customer. I have to call everytime but your @Paytmcare support team is not able to give a proper update. Same learned message and reply. PATHETIC SERVICE.
