@Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

@Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

@Paytmcare i have settled the loan amount on 13th Jun itself and although I have informed well in advance my EMI amount of 4948 got deducted.I request you to please issue my refund .I am using Paytm app from last 8 years and never experienced this kind of issue.

@varunkrish @Paytm @vijayshekhar 2/2. It’s your company’s product. Can’t change it, but least tell a solution. But no. He said, we are agents to sell devices we have brought from Paytm itself. Can’t help you. Poor service in customer care too. Mailed them twice but no solution.

Straight to the point, stop using @Paytm for recharges, online payments, or anything else. They bullshit you into giving offers in form of cashbacks, but even if you are eligible for cashback, they don't give it, and even their technical team takes forever to resolve the issue.

@varunkrish @Paytm @vijayshekhar Though it solve a problem but also create a prblm if u use Or dont use paytm sound box it charge u a monthly fee for recharge. If u are not using want to cancel sound box they make it complicated. I have paid two months fee though when I'm not using it.
