  @Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

  @Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

  @paytmbankcare I placed an order in ajio with paytm wallet. Cancelled it. Wating for the refund. Contacted Ajio support. They give a referance number and said to check with my bank. Send mail tried to call but no response from @Paytm Refund Reference Number: 20220411111212800110168598333796437

  @Paytm @PaytmBusiness such a ****** service u guys provide. I ordered Paytm QR code for my business which was to be deliver on 10th may which changed to 12th May without any notification nd now it is showing delivery attempted even when i haven't receive my order I paid for.

  @paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Worst customer service ever. Guys please be careful with your paytm wallet money. It gets blocked suddenly without prior intimation on kyc expiration and you will go crazy getting your money back from the wallet.
