@Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

@Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

@BCCI @Paytm @imVkohli Well said Virat 👏. A person or a group of person always tries to hide his/ their mistake but pumping an unnecessary issue. When we people bowled out for 36 by seamers all said that india batted very poor and its was truth. So if u plays bad accept it like we Indians do.

@Paytm thanks for providing an experience of poorest form of customer service. Pending flight cancellation refund (booking# 12765125748) for many days and there is no update from customer care on the issue. Noone is picking up calls on support numbers. Pathetic!!

@Paytmcare Hey you have already taken 22 days. Now how many days do you want more. 7th March is paytm postpaid due date. You have to resolve my issue before 7th march 2021. Otherwise i will not pay any amount and penalty.@vijayshekhar sir kindly resolve my issue bcz postpaid team sent msg.

@Paytm this firm is a fraud firm. Never put money in money wallet. You will never be able to use the same. You will always be taken to an error stating that limit is over. Made several complaints but they didn’t rectified it. I am trying since long. So beware.
