    @Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

    @Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

    @Paytmcare I have not received the digital gold in my gold locker, although the amount is debited. It was clearly mentioned that within 2 hours if the gold purchase failed then the debited amount will be refunded back to source bit it's more than 16 hours. Pathetic service

    @Paytmcare need to close Paytm postpaid account immediately. From last 2 months I want to close my postpaid account. You guys are disappointing. No reply from ur side , no solution. Request to all banned Paytm . No customer care as well.
