@Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

@Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

@bablu_sahukar @Paytm @Paytmcare Valid: If you transfer the amount using Paytm and due to an application issue it's transferred to another person. They can't do anything and even don't share the details of the person so that I can contact them offline.
