    I hv a question to @Paytm who gave u permission to freeze wallets of personal public money.If u do this type of work then we r bound to close accounts from your portal.Your Help service is not as our issue, that have system generated messages.

    @Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

    @Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 4 days unable to transact due to “Malicious app found” error. No proper customer care response, no support, no solution, no direct contact or callback from Paytm. The issue is dragging in a very lethargic way while customers suffer.

    @Paytm @GetBookCAB The AC is broken. I paid for an AC Sleeper. I got an AC Seater. Now I don't even have the AC. I am sitting in a sealed metal box in May heat in Rajasthan with no window openings. This is not an inconvenience. This is a health hazard.
