@Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

@Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

@Paytmcare why the cashback for 2 transaction - one on myntra of 1574.11 and other on swiggy of 435 is not credited in my account...I have raised ticket and shared all details in ticket but it's open from past 10 days and no body responded.I cannot connect to customer care also.
