    @Paytm there is no security in paytm app so never use it,, and the customer support team is very bad they disconnect call with out any reason full helpless so i request you all kindly don't use this app it can be hacked very easily.... Customer service is not satisfactory.......

    @Paytmcare I made 2 transaction's on 9 jan 2022but after some time payment was failed and money was debited from my paytm bank account but till now no refund I get I tried to talk with customer care executives but they didn't respond anything What a worst customer service

    @Paytmcare @Paytm i contacted customer support t hrough email for t getting complaint copy for my bank account hold in Paytm for my transqaction, they told fraudlent money involved, i wanted complaint copy so i can contact the police officer and settle the issue,

    @Paytm Maine Kai bar complaint kiya hai.. mere extra amount ke regarding..but Paytm se koi bhi solution nahi mila hai.. mail per bhi wrong information mil Rahi hai.. customer care bhi customer ko bewkuf banate hain. voice issue karke... 13 din baad response dete hai. Very disappointed

    @Paytmcare @AJIOLife Ajio has done refund of Rs815 refund reference id: 20230210010330000830755366669077487 Your customer care wisely informed that it's only Rs336.59 Can you coordinate with Ajio, there customer care team is pretty confused and cannot understand the matter seems.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare worst service from paytm platinum merchant service. I have installed paytm pos machine serial no.- 1700198525 . But from day one the service is zero. I have complained so many times to customer care but till now there is no resolution.complain number- 5045353228
