@paytmmallcare After taking days @paytmmallcare replies in DM that they cannot help me in providing a copy. No further reply to my question on how best i can claim warranty in absence of invoice. And this is why @Paytm you are still and will be behind the market leaders in e-commerce.

Hello @Paytm;@vijayshekhar;@Paytmcar#A simple issue(Comp id: 195221013) of payment twice to same person ,is pending frm last 10 days. provided indemnity form and got confirmation from customer, I have not recd back my money. Customer care is just giving reply for formality.

@Paytm My sister recently asked her friend to make payment. It got debited successfully, but she didn't receive any amount yet Even after approaching customer care, nothing happened. Not proper response came out to resolve the issue. #paytmmoney #badcustomerservice
