@Paytmcare I have been logged out of Paytm can’t log in to my account. Someone tried to log into account from some other device few days back. It wasn’t me. Now when I try to log in the account it directs me to sms link, asks me to punch in otp which is not sent every time I click on link.

I totally understand looking at the customer base of @Paytm they can’t have a team to manage calls but atleast a proper team to reply on text as well. Such a pathetic service @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare even zomato has the same no of customer care but they provide better support

@Paytmcare dear RBI @RBIsays take immediate nessarry action against Paytm .they are looting people .they give loan to customer by the name of post paid and not gonna close..kindly take my serious complain @FinMinIndia
