  @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

  @Paytm @YoloBus My Srinagar–Delhi bus 5 July was scheduled to depart at 3:00PM. I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.

  @Paytm if u can't provide proper vouchers and ur support system is ONLY AI how can a customer contact support service. Why for everything u ppl need AI. i m not able to redeem the voucher but ur AI SYSTEM IS not Helping me as it doesn't have that feature. CRAZY

  @vijayshekhar , your Paytm service sucks..if there are any frauds, nobody responds in either online chat an ur AI chat both has lower IQ than 5 Yr old..Please get u house in order on such simple issues before projecting on cutting-edge tech @Paytmcare
