@Paytmcare I raised ticket 3179032317 regarding wrong amount deduction from Fastag. Dis is closed just saying toll deducted was right. I have given all proof dat every time 25 rs is deducted. If dis how you guys provide service, I had to switch another provider.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic and worst customer care service, with no resolution even after 4 days. Easy to design a BOT for auto-reply but customer service works on issue resolution on time not just by sending automated responses.
