    Alliance Air cancelled my Chennai → Hyderabad flight (27 Apr 2026, PNR: FBDU2V) booked via Paytm Travel. Refund was promised within 7 working days, but still not received as of 11 May. Alliance Air says refund already released to agency. @Paytmcare @allianceair @AAI_Official

    @Paytmcare Issue is temporarily resolved only if i disable my antivirus every time i want to use paytm wallet. That’s not a solution, so pls escalate my feedback properly — this over-aggressive detection is frustrating.

    @vijayshekhar Is @Paytm Launching back the Tap to Pay feature in near future, been a Paytm customer from 2018 , but this feature is really missing

    @Paytmcare Appreciate the response @Paytm @Paytmcare, but this issue has already been ongoing for will be close to 2 months within the next 10 days.Since then, I’ve continuously followed up through tickets, escalation, and emails. At this point, I would really appreciate a concrete update.

    It's impossible to reach a human at @PaytmCare / @Paytm for flight issues. Despite canceling my @allianceair ticket within 24 hours (7+ days before travel), I'm being charged 4035 as "Airline Fees." This is a direct violation of DGCA 24-hour zero-cancellation rules.

    @Paytmcare There is no proper customer care service of paytm . They are just responding to communicate with chat bot which is also of no use..

    @Paytmcare We have still jot received any support from @Paytmcare or @flyspicejet on this matter. The operational incompetence of SpiceJet and the systemic failures of Paytm’s service ecosystem represent a staggering betrayal of consumer trust that borders on professional negligence.
