@Paytm are asking for the same thing. This is seriously ridiculous. I have sent my credentials numerous times through 24*7 helpline still what I received is automated reply. When customers approach you, you should resolve their issues by adding value not just create nuisance.

@Paytm You guys literally have the worst possible customer care imaginable to mankind. 1. No f***ng option to chat (automated with stupid options) 2. Nobody picks up the calls 3. The options provided by app simply doesn't work. What to do ?
