Dear @Paytmcare , We booked bus tickets using paytm app,But the operator cancelled the bus. We requested for full refund with the bus operator, they are happy to refund us. But our request is being denied by @Paytm Please help us to know the issue in the refund process

@Paytm @Paytmcare you guys have worst support system I believe. From past 2 days I’m stuck with One Problem but still no resolution except 1 call each day that we are working. For any transaction @Paytm used to be my first priority but now going I’ll avoid using it.

My brother opted for @PaytmBusiness account and soundbox device. He was not made aware of the device's monthly charges during installation. Since then, he has made multiple attempts to deactivate the device via chat, CS support calls but still pending. @vijayshekhar @Paytm
