@Paytmcare I hv received a refund from an online merchant for which I had done a transaction through Paytm. It’s been more than 2weeks, d refund is neither visible in my bank account nor in d Paytm wallet. Unable to raise a ticket as well. Pls help.

I got a call from @paytm regarding the refund. They promised me that I will get a refund of the amount Rs299 which I paid for sound box. But till now I haven't received. I didn't expect such a service from @Paytmcare

Really bad service once we have book the tickets how can u cancel the tickets we are waiting from since 2 hours at the time of 11 o clock they have informed that the bus has cancelled due to issue.... We have an important work in Hyderabad @perni_nani @Paytmcare @Paytmcare
