@Paytmcare I found that fastag payment was not made through paytmpostpaid. At least we should be informed that postpaid services are not available for fastag payments. While in customer care it is still mentioned that postpaid can be used for fastag also. Please expedite.

@Paytmcare @paytmbankcare I had recharged my Axis Bank Fastag with 5k... around 6pm today. Debit was successful from my bank. Got receipt from paytm. However the Fastag wallet wasn't credited by this amount. Issue still persists. Have done it before so no mistakes at my end.
