    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare The problem is you can't go beyond your own hidden terms and conditions. Please refer you terms and conditions before assuring help. On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.

    @Paytmcare Support is useless as so is your AI assistant. Raised many requests to deactivate Paytm business and return Soundbox but it's useless. Nobody comes home to collect soundbox. Multiple requests neglected.
