Hilam Patel (@hpblr) reported@Paytm there is a bug causing issues.... you are allowing transfer of money from sender wallet to a receiver wallet whose KYC is pending and account is blocked. But the transaction is success and receiver cannot use that wallet.

At first instance QR scan showed name of Manoj Kumar and second time it showed Citiline petroleum pump. UPI ref last 4 digits are 3023. Please look into the matter urgently. All customer care lines are unresponsive

I also checked my google play account but it showed 0 balance. So even I shared screenshot with @Paytm support team but no solution.
