    @Paytm Having long time trouble with selling what i have accumulated in my wallet. There is no option available to speak to a voice CS executives. Online chat is of no issue. Have raised a lot of back and forth service tickets and no resolution. Pathetic customer service. HELP!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have closed my Paytm Business accounts 6 months back. Tried deactivating the account so many times, even contacted customer care but every time your bot doesn't let me talke to any executive for this particular issue.

    @Paytmcare My upi transaction failed but money deducted from my bank account. Paytm help center chat mentioning money will be refunded within 2 days but yet to get back after the mentioned 2 days Upi reference number : 235313436572
