@Paytm my bus was booked yesterday and I didn't any notice that it has been cancelled.. The bus operators don't pick up the calls or bother to call the customers back ...I still didn't get any refund and Paytm is asking me to rate the journey... pathetic service by @Paytmcare

@Paytm I would be able to transfer only if paytm didn't want to siphon my money by not allowing me to access my account. Its been about a month and a half and i still can't get access to my account after multiple complaints! Is that what yall do with all clients?

@suchetadalal @Paytm deducted my #FasTag amount at toll plaza where government have declared zero toll fees for four wheelers. Process & customer care service support are very time consuming to solve the issue.
