@Paytmcare Trying to connect with paytm customer care for missing gold value from my paytm gold vault. Apparently there is no avenue to connect for such a issue. Ticket raised in paytm gold support, was to be reverted in 4 hrs, but response even after 8hr. Is there any support?

In paytm someone has send me money but I don’t get that money and he send me screenshot that he has sanded. I contact with paytm help line no. also but but I’m not getting any response from there. I didn’t expect this from you paytm. @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

@Paytmcare Hello sir/MA'AM... I have made 2 payment through Paytm payment saving bank account..... last month .... MERCHANT REFUSED THAT THEY DIDN'T GET PAYMENT....I AND I DIDN'T GET REFUND AMOUNT... AND I AN UNABLE TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. . PLEASE PROVIDE RESOLUTION
