  Worst customer support @Paytm . I have an open ticket since 12 April 2026, my issue is not resolved. Upon asking about the escalation matrix, paytm has now stopped responding on the support chat as well This is truly unacceptable. They do not have any number to call to as well.

  @airindia Yes- but Please understand that's it's also your responsibility that if flight is cancelled by u then refund should be released by third party to customer on immediately basis. Why they are keeping customer on wait stated that RA is not approved so it will take 44 days @Paytm

  @Paytmcare DMed all details and fingers crossed - the flight is no more feasible but at least you guys could help recover the money paid for the non issued ticket..
