Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

Joysurjya Hagjer (@Joysho) reported@Paytmcare I booked an Akasa Air flight through Paytm Travel but I have been informed by Akasa Air that the flight has been cancelled. Their customer care have asked me to reach out to Paytm customer care to initiate the refund process but I am unable to get hold of a human agent.
