@Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

@Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

Better don't use @Paytm for upi transactions, my issue is not resolved yet, I paid 2606.20₹ to @StarBazaarIndia on jan 26th through paytm payments bank, money is debited but merchant rejected the transaction as it is failure. No refund yet to bank

Why I don’t like paytm support? Because they don’t exist! They just taken in the issue and send automatic replies 😒 @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank My issue should have been resolved by 2 days now it’s already over a week. This is the second time I’m experiencing this!
