@Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

@Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

@Paytm Paytm is actually better than other UPI apps like Gpay. Your banking services are also doing good. I’m using it for 2+ years and It never came down.

@Paytmcare @paytmcare your BOTS are handling the customer complaint. So customer service is deemed to be pathetic. You keep sending some auto reply and no resolution. I will reach out to consumer court as Paytm has cheated by providing fake/false voucher for zoomcar. Paytm need to pay.

@Paytm @Paytmcare but haven't heard anything from your team. This account is linked to FASTag. If it's not resolved at the earliest, I ll end up paying double at toll gate. The process is so slow and you guys talk about digital india...seriously..
