@Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

@Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

@Paytm I wanted to book train tickets through #Paytm and after all the process the tickets status was booking pending amd gave a time of 30min to confirm my ticket or refund but after 5min in my bookings session there is no trace of bookings. Please help through this situation.

Any update ? The worst customer care service I ever seen.If Flipkart taking payment through @Paytm @Paytmcare ,they they should look in any discrepancy between them, No? Both referring to contact other.

@Paytmcare, email for customer support is not longer available , there was no way I could connect to the customer support team, and on the app the 24x7 support chat you have, in that I can only use the option, I can't type and I don't know how i should get my issue resolved now

@deepakshenoy @Paytm is scam company. One would be stupid to invest in this company. A company aiming to launch largest IPO has no customer service! Try calling their customer service number to talk to a human being. Absolutely pathetic company.
