@Paytmcare Hi, I just received a notification that Rs. 2099 has been transferred from my paytm wallet to @Flipkart But I did not authorise this payment nor have I ordered any item from flipkart. But the amount has been deducted from my wallet. Pls help @flipkartsupport

@Paytmcare I'm facing the problem with money sent to wrong person issue but your team is not helping me out for this When I call your costumer care no.They put me on hold for more than 10 mins It sucks me alot I don't know what exactly you are doing with that. But u can't help

@Paytmcare worst customer care support I've ever seen in my life more than 100 times I request to unblock my account bastards no one ready to listen my problem i dont know why you guys sitting over there to make their customer bother you guys are good for nothing trust me.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I had raised request to close my postpaid account last week, customer executive said that it will be deactivated by Oct 8,2022 but I am able to see that it is not yet deactivated. When I try to contact the customer service again they are not responding properly.
