Dear paytm, your customer executive said on my particular ticket id that they will call me and they did call but it got disconnected right after i picked it up and i received the message that they couldn't reached me. What is this behaviour paytm. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I raised 4-5 cases all got closed without any solution. I tried reaching out to customer case but was never able to catch hold of any human being to talk. All your IVR options are very vague and not even closure to common issues. One of the ticket I raised is 3142643438

@Paytm i am trying to raise a request for closure of me Fast Tag. But the app is having bug where it shows the tag is undelivered although i am using the tag since years. Theres no way to contact support since the AI customer bot is ineffective.
