@Paytm Now you taking Platform fee while recharge Mobile, it's was not there earlier, Why so now? Is this some kind of DADAGIRI OR anything else? I don't see u r the only where we can recharge our mobile, but don't take benefit from at least your loyal customer..

@OfficialDMRC I have tried to recharge my metro card via @Paytm but the money was deducted and the balance didn't reflect the amount. Tried mailing thrice but no action was taken by your customer service. Please look into the matter.
