@PaytmTravelCare @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm Still the issue is not resolved. I can't proceed for web check in, it shows booking is ineligible. Air India customer care is telling again&again that Paytm has not confirmed my ticket. Kindly look into the ticket 22204434287 asap my travel is in Friday.

@Paytmcare If you guys really care please work on customer service. You actually have stuff but no proper service will probably take you no where.Yu have Good interface and offers but worst service nothing issues get resolved through paytm customer service in app
