Amit (@a_myth__) reported@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare As the screenshots show, your support confirmed only 1 ticket was cancelled and the other 3 remained confirmed until the day of travel. Your app updated their status only after I raised a query, and only then did you refund those 3 tickets separately.
