  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   Wtf @Paytmcare @Paytm There is no way to contact a human for customer support? Your AI raised a ticket, which promised a reply from an agent in 6 hours, but there was no reply for more than 24 hours. Your customer care number is unreachable Please reach out to resolve my query asap

  @Paytmcare @Paytm Neither you are giving any working customer care number nor your resolving the issue.if you want that I stopped using both buisness and personal paytm then it is fine.
