  @Paytmcare It is a matter of great shame that the fraud transaction has not been resolved by Paytm customer care since November till now. You don't care about your customers at all. Sometimes look at the customer care service of another bank, you will find yourself zero in front of it.

  Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare I was using the paytm wallet and today it showed that , my wallet has been locked because of adhar kyc , I have to pay my college tuition tommorow and 18,000/- Rs is locked up in my wallet, can't contact customer care agents only automated replies given.
