Firstly @Paytm you should make it clear what is postpaid and what is pre on post. Now you are saying we can help contact to #jio. But when i tried to contact jio everything is automated no number is provided to talk directly to customer care executive.

@Paytmcare I have booked tatkal ticket from Paytm.I have received message for pnr 2659712602 from IRCTC. It says to collect Rs.1720 from agent.I have raised ticket 22053557120 on Paytm using 24X7 support.But not received my refund yet. Pls resolve this issue ASAP.

Hello @paytmgold, @Paytm, @paytmgoldcare, If your not delivereing gold within the Hyderabad, India ( one of the main city in the world), Then how can u expect that the customer will buy digital gold from Paytm. If so, according to me, buying from Paytm is useless......!

I wanted to recharge my pre on post number of jio via @Paytm there are only two options prepaid and postpaid so i selected postpaid and entered the amount 555 but now #jio is showing u had paid bill of 555. I tried to contact @reliancejio no help from ur side. Who is will refund
