  @Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution. My order id is 9791462034

  @PaytmBank @Paytm - Look at this from your Chatbot. We are living in the age of AI and your apps conversation goes like this. My 6-year-old can create a better bot using Claude than your customer care. Me: I want to transfer my balance and FD out of Paytm Payments Bank. Paytm Care: Please log into the Paytm Payments Bank app Me: But the app isn't working, it's been replaced by a notice Paytm Care: Very sorry about that. Can you detail the specific issue? Is it a freeze etc etc Me: It's been replaced by a notice saying that RBI has suspended the license. Paytm Care: I'm sorry but I'm not equipped. Please log in through the Payments Bank app.

  @Paytmcare , paid through paytm on @Meesho_Official, payment completes, money get deducted, @Paytm confirms the payment, but order is not processed. Your chatbots do jot help. Ticket 200012319393 gets closed without any resolution. No refund yet Process the refund asap

  @Paytmcare I am using latest iOS Stable version and i thought about network connectivity so i climbed the terrace of my home and still it did not work, the verification says it takes about 20 sec within 3 secs it throws error to me

  Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

  @flyspicejet @Paytm Extremely disappointed. We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @sbigeneral Renewed my car policy using Paytm platform with SBI general insurance. The policy issued had wrong name. Despite filling up all details correctly, how can the name become wrong? Pathetic service from Paytm and SBI general insurance.
