@Paytmcare I had contacted on DM to report about a fraud website, which is using PayTM payment gateway, but you are not just not replying me, nor any action has taken on the website, is selling counterfeit and pirated software allowed on PayTM?

@Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic and worst customer care service, with no resolution even after 4 days. Easy to design a BOT for auto-reply but customer service works on issue resolution on time not just by sending automated responses.

Useless and worst service ever seen. From few days my Paytm wallet is not working and showing need to update KYC. I updated it on 15th May 2022 and got a ticket no 3178682464, since than it is no resolved and showing will be resolved in 2-3 days. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare It is impossible to do recharges or pay bills using the Paytm credit card I have turned on literally all the card controls and still, it won't work
