@Paytmcare @gaziashfaq 200 rupees cashback not provide as a cashback.I am waiting from more than 13 days. No on of costomer support help me just totally ignore my issue. According to offer terms and conditions cashback credit with in 10 days which is end on 11 September at 8.33 A.M, please.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm - my wallet & Paytm account has been deactivated saying KYC not done. One screen of your shows my account is Full KYC and doesn’t allows me to complete. No Support on app except auto messages.

Absolutely deplorable product and even worse customer service @Paytmcare Wallet freezer without any communication whatsoever.cant add money to wallet now.have to pay double toll charges at 6 tolls. #paytmsucks

@Paytm An amount of ₹6821 has been deducted from my account without any initiation from my side, I didn't recieve any proper response from the customer care executives, please look into the matter and help me get my hard earned money back. @PaytmBank
