    @Paytm @DineshKarthik I am sorry to say, as an organization you sponsor events and creating LOB. However no funds to have a phone support for Paytm postpaid query. The 24x7 is no help and there is unethical practices approving loan

    @Paytmcare The issue is not resolved. My contact number is sent in mail. Receiving threat message from Paytm for legal action. Does legal action is valid for arbitrarily charged fees and exorbitant charges. Kindly resolve the issue. RBI has already issued guidelines on Fintech and binding.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Paytm account credit freezed for kyc. kyc point is asking for money. There is No other means of online kyc. Not able to reach and talk to customer care. #paytmkyc #kyc_charge #paytm_worst_service

    @jagograhakjago i want file a complaint against @Paytmcare @Paytm for not honouring the service for what inpaid for took movie pass from them which gives me 4 i could use 2 bkg in cinema and i get cashback but now all of sudden they removed the cinemas and not giving refund help

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I've raised a complaint on 22nd june, about fraudulent activation of my paytm postpaid and transactions of 35000 from it, you haven't replied till now, it's been 7 days, when i call your customer care they don't tell anything just ask to mail. Ticket- 3190410937

    Despite several tweets Paytm is not giving me any resolution to when I can expect my cibil issue to be sorted. It's already a year. Such a bad response on your part. I am facing mental stress due to low cibil score due to this mistake . #poorservice @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
