  @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare As the screenshots show, your support confirmed only 1 ticket was cancelled and the other 3 remained confirmed until the day of travel. Your app updated their status only after I raised a query, and only then did you refund those 3 tickets separately.

  @Paytmcare I paid my ICIC credit card account through Paytm. Its 48 hours now and the amount is not transfered to my credit card. I am getting charged interest due to Paytm issue. My ticket no is 200012083310. I am frustrated that you are playing around with a customer money.

  @Paytmcare ​I have repeatedly requested a Soundbox return, but my tickets are closed without resolution. This service is unacceptable. deactivate my Soundbox. Consider this my final notice; if any further charges are deducted after today, I will be forced to pursue legal action.

  @Sachin60236154 @Paytm Hi, I tried reaching you over the phone but couldn't connect. I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Meanwhile, you can use your SBI account. I'm here if you need any help.

  @Paytmcare my Paytm money is stuck with you guys since months . Paytm payment bank app is down so I can’t transfer my Paytm money to bank account . Pl help with the same
