    @Paytmcare would it kill you to call and resolve the issue, i have been complaining about it from past 6 months and you never responded,since so many complaints are coming you guys not taking calls from the customers by asking them to complain through the app, thats how bad the situation is

    @Paytm is the worst app ever From morning i am trying to add money but getting same error stating lowering your amount choose another method. Called CC they said provide screenshot which I cant since its blocked from @Paytm for security

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've completed my KYC for activating the wallet but it hasn't reflected yet. Such a tedious & unorganised process for KYC. Also tried reaching out to customer care but I haven't received and solution for my problem
