@Paytm @Paytmcare I am getting messages stating that I need to make payment for postpaid to the NBFC. But I have never enrolled for any such enrollment in your app. Wongly directing customers to sign up for your post paid service. No response from customer care.

@Paytm amazing strategy to promote postpaid service U r shwing me notification to pay my EMI for Paytm postpaid or else CIBIL wil gt impacted but I have not even opted for Paytm postpaid When I click on noti. it redirects me to signup 4 Paytm postpaid. Ridiculous this is, stop it

@paytm @Paytmcare your customer service is absolutely hopeless. Ivrs or app both have preset issues but if your issue is not listed you can't get any official to complain or resolve it. Twitter is only savior.

I haven't opted for Paytm postpaid, so have many on twitter who have reported similar concerns with your cheap marketing strategy. Kindly remove this notification ASAP & issue public apology for spamming your customers.

@Paytm @Paytmcare why am I getting frequent reminders today to clear EMI for postpaid services availed from Paytm. I haven't tried such service, also the reminder says it can impact my credit score.
