    Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare Facing an issue with payments on low internet. The app doesn’t show any warning, and transactions stay in “processing” for long. I retried thinking it failed, but both payments got completed (duplicate payment).

    They will make you wait 15 days saying it will be resolved and then they want help with resolution and will neither reply to your message and the tickets to will be closed giving irrelevant reasons. Prefer @PhonePe @Paytm but avoid using @MobiKwik guys

    @Paytmcare Please help in this. I have been struggling to get my refund from last 45days but either they aren’t responding or giving new excuses. Is it so difficult to get refund of a cancelled flight? Instead of giving damages, they aren’t even giving original refund. @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet pending refund for a flight ticket booked through Paytm, which was cancelled at Mumbai Airport due to operational issues while spicejet sent refund to Paytm Date of Journey: 26 February 2026 Flight Number: SG 160 PNR N0: OGYK2A Delhi to Jammu
