@PaytmTravelCare @Paytmcare I was trying to book my bus on 01/09/2021 however once booking is confirmed I see that it has been scheduled on 31/08/2021.And operator was calling repeatedly for boarding the bus. Then I called customer care and told the issue.

@Paytmcare paytm care doesn’t care. I have been writing about an issue in your application and all you guys tell is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I get 15,000 calls for promotions of your product. But not a single call from your support for raising a query.

@Paytmcare worst experience with paytm postpaid.. beware before using this app's postpaid feature.. I have lost my hard earned money and it's been 1 month but no solution has been provided by paytm yet they don't have any customer service for paytm postpaid.
