@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @paytmbankcare why blocking an account is quick but unblocking isn't. And please make a relevant ivr for direct conversation with call support incases of genuine error. Why need for irrelevant documents such as sim card proof etc.

@Paytm The issue is that My postpaid bill of Rs 2401 for the month of May was paid by me on 02/06 through UPI (transaction id 215378754628) but when the bill for the month of June was generated, Rs 2401 was re-added to the bill for the month of June.

@Paytm I think @Paytm does not want to be as good as it was and wants to loose customer. @Paytmcare If you want that me & as well as other customers stick onto using paytm then do not charge convenience fee as you said it in 2019. If this issue does not fixes then you will loose 1 cust.
