    @Paytm @PaytmTravel This is the WORST customer experience ever. I booked a flight more than an hour ago, payment was taken instantly, but the ticket is STILL “Confirming Booking”. No PNR, no update, nothing. Even the airline shows NO BOOKING FOUND. Ticket ID: 200000747218 #Paytm

    @Paytm I applied to Meesho via the paytm app and I got the allotment but the shares haven't reflected in my account yet. Kindly look into this asap and help resolve this issue.

    @Paytm My Indigo flight (Booking ID 26298662322) for 7 Dec was cancelled. Indigo refunded the amount to Paytm on 8 Dec (refund reference provided), but I still haven’t received my refund. Please help.

    Of all the digital apps, @Paytm has the worst service for the customers. There is no way for you to get in touch with @Paytmcare. Their AI bot will repeat the same process multiple times and then close your query without any action. This should be called as modern loot. #paytm
