@thejas_er @RBI @Paytm Issue is not with paytm issue is with our RBI. They won't allow you to use the best available option. If customers are satisfied with paytm what is the issue with RBI. Now some will say its a Chinese app then who is stopping RBI to make one better app ? Its Sux.

@Paytmcare Such a pathetic service from u people.Raised complaints through call and chat in paytm app regarding deduction of Rs 400 from my paytm pament bank for SBI Fastag recharge but the recharge was not successful and money was deducted.U resolved it without letting me know ?

@Paytm is there no customer service for people who’s money is stuck? I sent someone INR 8K, the number was correct, everything is correct but he has still not received payment. I can’t get any support from your chat. How terrible is this??
