@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar There is no helpline number for Paytm Post paid issue in your app. App forces you to do chat with a bot but you can't do anything if your issue is not listed there. Pls help !!!

@Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service ever. I have recharge fast tag and haven't received balance. Raised complaint but no one is reached to me. It's more then 32 hours and unable to call on customer care. It's fraud and will file legal complaint againts it.

@Paytmcare credit card payment is failed but the amount is deducted from the bank account more than a day is passed but amounts get not reversed in bank account and no support provided by @Paytm really disappointed by this type of service
