@Paytmcare customer care is very disappointing.They speak only in Hindi –no support in Tamil or other South Indian languages.I tried 5–6 times,every time they say“will transfer to regional language”and then disconnect the call. No proper email support either.@Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare @YolobusYCTD Booked a YOLO bus via Paytm platform. Didn't receive bus driver contact 1 hour prior as per rule. Waiting at boarding station and contacted all methods to find bus status including Paytm support n yolo support. No response. Pathetic Service.
