I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. The service is still not working, and no effective resolution has been provided so far. This prolonged delay reflects poor customer support and system inefficiency.
