Dear @paytm, Seriously you are unable to take care of your customer... I am complaining from the last 17 days that please activate my Paytm payment bank account but your staff was not able to resolve my issue till date so at last , I post your negligency towards your customer.

@Paytm @Paytmcare is has disappointed me. Because, I've made a payment by scanning QR code but shopkeeper/dealer has bound me to pay the charged amount which has been deducted from his account. After customer telephonic conversation it has been asked me to it'll be resolved.

@Paytm your service are not as before. I just want to rise an issue related my kyc but I can't. I have to pay charge for a kyc that is totally wrong. The shop name is pal telecom and the owner is Yogesh pal which charge me for completing kyc even kyc is free .

Time to uninstall @PhonePe_ switch to @Paytm. @PhonePe_ first take access to data while installing the app now it wants money too with our data as transaction charges. Don't switch to googlepay. Googleplay too would start charging transaction charges soon.
