    @Paytm @BSNLCorporate I recharged a BSNL number with PAYTM, it's a BSNL number. It got into pending... Now it's almost 5th day no information and no refund and nothing. Disgusting service....

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return (EO887528444IN) was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims it's not received and asks me for POD. Verify your warehouse and resolve this
