Dear @paytm, Seriously you are unable to take care of your customer... I am complaining from the last 17 days that please activate my Paytm payment bank account but your staff was not able to resolve my issue till date so at last , I post your negligency towards your customer.

@Paytmcare my paytm postpaid bill of 8992.79 was paid 3 times due to any technical error on March 03,2022.Thus the total amount of 26978.37 was paid against 8992.79. The excess amount of 17985.58 is not return to me till now after many complaints. I request you to refund it soon.

@Paytm @Paytmcare What a third class service! My friend paid me and the amount is in Paytm wallet now. I can’t even transfer it to my bank account without completing KYC and I tried completing KYC for transfering it to my bank account but it would show error
