Dear @paytm, Seriously you are unable to take care of your customer... I am complaining from the last 17 days that please activate my Paytm payment bank account but your staff was not able to resolve my issue till date so at last , I post your negligency towards your customer.

I request @rbi to advise / order @paytm to refund the amount immediately as there is no mention of charges non refundable in the agreement. Further they have also issued the receipt as "deposit" as well their website also assures refund on cancellation. Pl help @nsitharamanoffc
