After 3-4 hours, the pending Paytm payment also got completed. Now I’ve paid twice for one ride and support isn’t helping. Please resolve this issue.

Dhruv Wadhwa (@dhruvwadhwa) reportedIts so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.

Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !
