  @Paytmcare I'm a small merchant, I didn't had the soundbox still my 125₹ was deducted from my paytm wallet, customer service is very poor. They are hanging up my call and not helping in any way. It's been 5-6 days. Why the amount has been deducted if there is no soundbox??

  @Paytmcare I have a Paytm sound box service at my store which is not in service from past 3 months I try so many time to deactivate soundbox service but it's not working.Every month Rs 124/- is deducting in charge of sound box without using of it. Please help me with this.
