    Booked a bus through @Paytm on May 18. Waited more than 3 hours, driver didn’t respond, and cancellation info came very late. I shared all details in DM on May 18 itself, but still no update or proper response from support. Very disappointing experience. @Paytmcare

    Recently purchased a motor insurance from @Paytm since iam traveling iam not being able to receive the link for documents upload, after requesting several time to send the link on registered email since the number is out of service. No help from paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare I switched my phones, and since then my UPI Lite is not working, I already raised a complained ticket in the help and support section , but no help. My money is stuck there and I cannot use it Ticket - 200011627484

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare My main Paytm account is now accessible, however I’m unable to access my Paytm for Business merchant account. It is showing “Currently you cannot register as a merchant”. Kindly check and help resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am sorry to say that a single genuine matter has not been resolved even after more than a dozen requests. Such indifferent attitude towards your customer is very disappointing. Please see and settle.
