    Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare, I booked an flight ticket by Paytm for 2 ticket I cancelled the ticket for 1 ticket Mohd Ebad, Split PNR: WYI4KT and already processed the refund from their end. However, the Paytm app is still showing the status as 'Still Working'. Ticket ID: 200011664664.

    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare
