    @Paytmcare Just want to know, if there was a balance in my wallets. Specifically general walletand food wallet. What happened to that ? Your help and support is a joke.. it has zero intelligence and it does not understand customer queries. Even not able to assign to human operator.

    @Paytmcare I have a mobile recharge coupon valid till 5th May I applied it & tried a mobile recharge but the payment failed before initiating Since then the recharge is pending & I am unable to reuse the code also Plz help @Paytm

    @Paytm Posting regarding my Paytm business sound box. I am assured for charges free box for my business. But charges applied several times. I am several Shops and box I am thinking to close all the sound box if not resolved the problem properly in time.

    @NHAI_Official @Paytm @Paytmcare PayTM App has been completely useless for days now. Can’t check FASTag balance, can’t close, can’t even recharge. Customer care keeps repeating the “technical issue” excuse with no timeline or solution. This is extremely frustrating & unacceptable
