    @paytm Hi Paytm support team, This is to bring into you notice that I am a Paytm postpaid user for more than 1 year. I had a Paytm postpaid bill of Rs. 5594 for the month of September 2021. Because of my loss of job and financial constraints, I could not pay the bill on time.

    @vijayshekhar @paytm Pradeep and Vijay customer support agents has asked me to wait on call and Pradeep has kept my call on mute for a long time with no help. CC AGENTS is not willing to provide me the refund which I need now at any cost
