Half of the time my banking app doesn’t work and have a very ppor interface (pick any bank). Imagine this happening with any fintech apps @Paytm @PhonePe @GooglePayIndia. Fintechs will remain pivotal as they are customer obsessed!

It's been almost a year, I'm not using @Paytm. They gave me a debit card and charged a lot of money. It's a customer problem
