    @Paytmcare This is not an IRCTC issue. Please stop shifting the blame. The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.

    @Paytmcare Could you please check the issue above and resolve it ASAP? It has been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my refund. There has been no response on the ticket either. What kind of service is this? There’s no proper email or call support available.

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare how to reach paytm payment bank customer care. facing API not found error while transferring from wallet. tried help & support from app, but no way providing resolution, tried cust care no. 01204456 456 but it is again pointing to help & support.

    There is no support available from paytm on actual issues. All they have is drop down menu where queries are not listed, IVR keeps repeating stupid queries, no email or contact to raise issues. Don’t know how will they resolve issue despite their claim of 24x7 support. @Paytm
