It's ridiculous that @paytm has now started charging money for everything. Even if you are paying your Paytm Postpaid bill, you have to pay a convenience fee. I tried calling your customer care but they were not reachable. Kindly help me close my postpaid account @Paytmcare

I want to tell all my friends that you should stop using your Paytm immediately because Paytm app has become a hacker's den.Paytm app is easily hacked and fraud transactions take place in it. But Paytm customer care does not support you when Paytm is hacked.@Paytmcare @PaytmBank

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare Some years back, a paytm representative did my wrong kyc on somebody else's details and now I am not able to update my kyc details. I contacted customer several times but nothing worked. Please do the needful and update my account on my kyc details.
