@Paytm Tickets IDs 3247875187, 3247948599, 3248250105 were closed without resolving the issue..why customer are being harassed in name of kyc.. Why the process is Complex and paid. Why retail kyc point, courier partner are involved why it is not online, pending since 26/11/2022

@Paytm DTDC courier partner not delivering letters to customer & it tells to paytm that customer didn't receive it.. Very funny.. There is no sms, email,call, intimation from paytm, courier partner about the delivery of kyc residence verification, Customer at least priority
