@Paytm @Paytmcare @UPI_NPCI I tried doing a transaction on 2:58pm Sunday 9th Jan, 2022, the UPI transaction failed but amount was debited from my Paytm Payments Bank account and yet not credited and I have tried reaching the customer service over chat and call but no luck.

@Paytmcare 24 hours service means 24 hours drink and sleep thats fit to your service. i compliened abount my money debited but tranction status failed the amount not credeited to the respective account.but past 4 days there is no service from your 24 hours service customer care

@vijayshekhar @Paytm Worst customer service I received from Paytm. I had done a transaction on 2 January 2022 the amount was deducted from my account but merchant didn't received. I raised a complaint in my Paytm provide all the conversation and receipt which I received from merchant. No updates

@vinorao999 @Paytm @PaytmBank Seriously yrr very pathetic service from paytm payment bank it's been four days but still not received refund I must say google pay is better then paytm atleast they give refund under 3 days but paytm my transaction failed on 9th janurary but still not received my money

Dear @PaytmBank @Paytmcare I was made 1000 transaction sunday (9/1/2022) The amount was debited from my account but not credited into another account still 13/1/2022 the amount was not refunded. Please solve this problem I have faced many times like this in Only PaytmBank.🥺

I try to connect paytm bank customer care executive but call cant connect to him... I will try many time but call not connected @Paytm
