    Worst experience @JandKBank 1938 -2022 En sai achi tou @Paytm , (2010 ) Bank hai .Atleast customer ko pareshan tou nhi kartay .Due to upgradation of mPay, MobileBanking facility will not be available from 02-Nov-2022 - 11 PM to 03-Nov-2022 - 1 AM. Inconvenience regretted. JK BANK

    @Paytm Horrible support when you can't even solve basic queries. Calling paytm toll free no. for 4 days in a row 18001204210 with NO LUCK. Went to your preferred partner listed on you app to activate my fasttag / complete KYC and they say they can't do & to call customer care.

    @Paytm After 1 hour 1 minute agent answer the call and takes exactly 5 seconds to disconnect the call. Horrible service run by PAYTM Ineffective run co. by ineffective customer care.

    @Paytmcare @MITESHBIHAR Calling paytm toll free no. for 4 days in a row 18001204210 with NO LUCK. No one ans call for 40 mins - hour and then line is disconnected. Went to your preferred partner listed on you app to activate my fasttag / complete KYC and they say they can't do and to call customer care.

    @Paytmcare Sir, a request to please see the ground reality of your system. I am disappointed that being a long time customer, i am not getting solution to my problem from past 1 month. My wallet is frozen, my 6000/- in pending and more over submitted documents multiple times. Pls revert
