    @Paytmcare @Paytm You need to share Lucky winner list to Customer who are applying your promo code. This is not fair. No seal of trust, if there is no transparency. No problem, i understood, need to understood all customers who are applying your LUCKY200 promo code.

    I raised a flight ticket refund request on @Paytmcare @Paytm on 23 Dec. The airline processed it on 25 Nov, but I still haven’t received the amount in my bank account. Despite multiple follow ups there has been no response from Paytm. Customer service is extremely disappointing.

    Not to mention Paytm Support is broken. Unnecessary use of AI in support and almost impossible to connect with a real human over call or chat for any resolution. Such practices affect the trust of loyal users. Refund flow needs to be transparent. @Paytm
