Finally, after almost a week; @Paytm has now started accepting @AmericanExpress cards for wallet loads. As the technical issue has been resolved from Amex side. 1 week felt like a Year !

@Paytmcare You guys blocked my account, being a old customer, and that chat bot says share your kvc then kyc with a selfie, sent the same 3 times and it closes the ticket. No one picks call from your team that IVR is sick. It doesn't want your guys to get disturbed and disconnectes.
