  @Paytmcare Please stop cheating and looting people. My amount deducted timely and Paytm page didn't load. But you issue only partial refund. My alternate plan charge is not refunded. I have nit any service then how paytm can deduct these charges. Please issue refund @Paytm @vijay

  @Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.

  Everyone do not make a purchase of Valorant Points Voucher from @Paytm since currently experiencing very bad service they will just simply ask you to contact Valorant they won't help. @Paytmcare . @VALORANT is also not helping their support replying after 2 days. #customerservice

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytmcare 24 hours not sufficient to check a simple use case i.e., to give cashback or not? The coupon shouldn't have been applied successfully in the first place it the cashback terms are not applicable. This is not customer's headache to wait for your resolution #paytm #scam #fraud
