For the amount 1000-2500 penalty is 250 but they charged 500 plus GST. I raised ticket 10 days back still i didn't get any response from Paytm. Paytm has worst customer care service. There is no response Paytm service desk.@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytm @BCCI again booked the tickets for INDvNZ 1st T20 online. Payed extra for online fee and for delivery. Are you guys gonna make ppl stand in queue again for 10hrs like last time you took extra on the name of service and then made us collect online tickets from the counter.
