@Paytmcare What a pathetic customer care system. Customer Care agent informed that they do not have any customer care support for other than theft department we can call them only if our mobile has been stolen or card stolen etc. Due to this I'm unable to raise my concern

@Paytmcare Hi please help regarding ticket no.- 193420481. I have tried contacting customer care multiple number of times but not able to talk with customer care executive. I have done one metro recharge which is showing success but no transaction ID is created. Please help.
