    @Paytmcare absolutely pathetic customer service. AI bot neither understands the query nor allows to connect to an agent. My ticket (200012678155) is pending from more than 14 days with no response or updates. Trying to connect to an agent from last five days but no use.

    @Paytmcare error- ! Payment could not be completed Please try with lower amount or different payment source. Transaction limits will revise as you continue using Paytm Apply Another Offer Retry payment Transaction is under 1k.

    @Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.

    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare
