Hey @Paytmcare i have some issues with my existing KYC. I tried solving this through the chat section in your app but my problem wasn't listed there. So i tried calling Paytm Customer care but call isn't connecting. It just gets disconnected after few seconds. What should i do.

@Paytm As per your app, Cibil Score can be fetched every month. But I'm not able to fetch my score in October or November. It's still stuck in September report. Your Customer Care Chat is just a dummy. Kindly share me the solution
