Today i expreinced worst service of paytm. I booked bus ticket operator cancel the ticket because bus was canceled paytm doesn’t resposding.. they were asking to rate about journey. Please help @PaytmTravel @Paytmcare .

@Paytmcare sucks tbh, my child sign up for the Paytm first subscription and it was paid by the postpaid balance. I request the team to revoke the subs and initiate the refund coz it's mistakenly done and benefits are not used. Cx support denied rudely. Worst service @PaytmFirst
