    Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare My @Paytm soundbox is not working since last 5 days. After submission of service request the field agent is yet to come. Such poor service defines your professional commitment. I suggest my fellow merchants to use alternative sound boxes for your business

    @Paytmcare It’s been 6 days still your are asking me to wait. Why don’t u mention in the app that for any issues happens in the transaction we will take whole life time resolve the issue. In app it is an ai bot not an agent. Here in dm there is no response. What else ur expecting me to do?
