    @RBI @Paytm @JPDCLofficial a scam is going in PayTM. I paid my electricity bill on 13 nov 2025 and the status is still not updated. PayTM doesnt have any resolution and JPDCl states they have not received payment yet. PayTM has no customer care no and JPDCl people do not attend

    @HPCL @HPGASCSR @PaytmCare I also contacted IndusInd Bank, which raised a complaint on 15 Dec (Ref ID: 80711755). After nearly a month, I was told they cannot help further and I must again follow up with HP Gas & Paytm. This delay is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient.

    @Paytm if you are not interested to direct other apps why you are offering to do so ?? All payment must be directed to customer prefered app.. @RBI lookinto where ever there mediator must direct to prefered app of customer
