I send money to receiver. but the receiver didn't receive the money and the money debited from my account. Paytm ask me for screen shot of receivers passbook but whenever I click the send option the app shows error. Paytm is fraud. #paytmfraud #paytmcheaters @Paytm

@Paytmcare when is your kyc service going to resume. I have multiple refunds from various which are getting failed. ₹490 for unsuccessful transaction while payment to BESCOM(Bangalore electric bill) and others from UBER. Also tried 24x7 help & support but was not helpful.

@Paytmcare @Paytm your services are so pathetic. I sold my car and as am trying to close the fast tag - this is the error i encounter and there is no proper support from the customer care as well. Can you fix this?
