I send money to receiver. but the receiver didn't receive the money and the money debited from my account. Paytm ask me for screen shot of receivers passbook but whenever I click the send option the app shows error. Paytm is fraud. #paytmfraud #paytmcheaters @Paytm

@Paytm I had an account in paytm earlier which is linked to my brothers kyc.. I delete that account to create new account using my kyc identity. I am unable to create new account using the same number.. No response over email.. Unable to contact customer care.

@paytmbankcare Deducted amount for deliver card, card delivered at wrong place and now no ready for refund, nor ready to deliver new debit card...not any response by Paytm team, yet not received any single call by their team... rubbish service #paytmcare
