    I send money to receiver. but the receiver didn't receive the money and the money debited from my account. Paytm ask me for screen shot of receivers passbook but whenever I click the send option the app shows error. Paytm is fraud. #paytmfraud #paytmcheaters @Paytm

    @Paytmcare I had to complain here as your IVR wasn't transferring my call to any human being and when it did all I heard all our executives are attending to other customers please hold the line and then I hear sorry we could service at this point plz call later.

    @MrJordaar @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Not yet.. very disappointed from their customer service.. first time my loan EMI is not paid at time despite being available balance in account..disturbing fact is we couldn't pay EMI manually in PayTM app.

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @Paytm I filled up the form of BC agent,then an exam was held via IVRS then i got an sms of passing,i got an id of BC agent also but i cant login the app why its going on.if u ask then i can share the details too
