  I send money to receiver. but the receiver didn't receive the money and the money debited from my account. Paytm ask me for screen shot of receivers passbook but whenever I click the send option the app shows error. Paytm is fraud. #paytmfraud #paytmcheaters @Paytm

  @SKumar18317475 @Paytm @Paytmcare Paytm have worst customer service. couple of months ago, while i was shopping they have mistakenly transferred my money to another recipient then the intended one. after my complaint, they claimed they will process a refund with in 2 weeks, and never responded me back. pathetic

  @Paytmcare your app does not provide latest bill of MNGL Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited Pune for payment,. MNGL have many wallets as payment options through Billdesk gateway except PAYTM? I raised this issue long back but no response from you!

  @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Struggling to get refund of 13 lac+ from Paytm. Sent several emails, deptt head involved as well. First, bank payout feature is stopped abruptly with no planning and workaround. Now, amount is not getting refunded. Extremely poor support. @knmrao
