I send money to receiver. but the receiver didn't receive the money and the money debited from my account. Paytm ask me for screen shot of receivers passbook but whenever I click the send option the app shows error. Paytm is fraud. #paytmfraud #paytmcheaters @Paytm

@Paytm it's been 4 days. I have faced a failed transaction but still didn't get any refund. If i call Paytm they say we can't help call bank and when i call bank they say call paytm. So i just need information to whom i should contact
