I send money to receiver. but the receiver didn't receive the money and the money debited from my account. Paytm ask me for screen shot of receivers passbook but whenever I click the send option the app shows error. Paytm is fraud. #paytmfraud #paytmcheaters @Paytm

@Paytmcare you really need to improve the quality of your customer care executives. Very impatient and rude behaviour from your employees. Even after sharing the feedback to the executive, the executive didn’t care and simply cut the phone.

@Paytm what is the customer care number of paytm ? for talk with humans not bots 😠 I lost my 1095 rupees and didn't get back when the money is refunded 😠 And when I'm in trouble and i need to talk clearly with human there is no helpline/customer care number in paytm 🤬.
