    I send money to receiver. but the receiver didn't receive the money and the money debited from my account. Paytm ask me for screen shot of receivers passbook but whenever I click the send option the app shows error. Paytm is fraud. #paytmfraud #paytmcheaters @Paytm

    @kushkatakia @andymukherjee70 @Paytm It’s a new age biz will take time to understand. I agree it can’t burn money forever but I’m sur he should know that we can’t have biz which charges to customers for everything including even issue of a cheque book or withdrawing own money. That too for third grade service.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I expected a better app and customer service from you. Your 24x7 service option is just a loop and hardly gives information required. I am unable to reach you via any means, are you able to help?

    @Paytmcare I was a Paytm postpaid Delite user, I got an offer to upgrade the limit, then there was a long glitch within the app, now when it’s fixed, I have been actually downgraded to paytm postpaid lite user with a convenience fee of 2%! Why’s this?

    @Paytmcare It has been 3 days I am trying to contact your 24x7 customer care, holding the call for min 30min, somehow no response. Uploaded my KYC document 2 times.Practically Paytm wallet non functional from 4 days even after repeated attempts.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney I have been using paytm since 2014; I was eagerly waiting for your IPO earlier ; But, i thought twice; If you could not solve this in more than 6 months, then why should i invest in you??? ; It shows your willingness to solve problems of users... 👎

    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare , What kind of trashy services record you are trying to break, 4 days has passed since I have uploaded the documents but still my savings account is not restored. Is there no level headed person left in there, all of you are 3rd rate **** heads.
