@Paytm @Paytmcare , I was trying to contact the paytm customer care for the past two days regarding closure of old fastag. But there is no way to contact the customer care in 24/7 support there is no option to chat with customer care directly. Worst customer support, I’ve seen.

Several enquiries were made by me to fix the issue with pay now option in paytm for loan repayment as the ECS mandate is not live. Still no reply from customer service. @Paytmcare @PaytmTickets
