    @paytm of you have problem with crypto then don't allow transaction like banks. Why you are keeping our money with you issue us the refund. IMPS transaction are to be refunded within 24H but you are causing intentional delay.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I've been trying to get in touch with a customer care executive for the past 30 mins. But your IVRS will just not allow it. It's about a refund of Rs 3,430 that I am expecting. My bank says PayTm has not generated any refund. But your statement says otherwise.

    @RBI Please look into this. There was a fraud transaction on my account with @Paytm. When I raised the dispute instead of solving the issue they are simply asking the same question again and harassing me. Please look into the matter.

    @Paytmcare Finally thank you very much sir, I have received my all three airline refund successfully. I small suggestion is please don't let your customer to lose their faith from you, just make this process as normal as it was.
