  Purchased Fastag via @Paytm . Balance also showing , but at toll gate Fastag is showing blacklisted. I had to pay double toll charges!! Please resolve the issue asap. Need to travel tomorrow again. @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare my kyc expired and my wallet is freeze. Paytm video kyc is not working. Physical visit are closed by Paytm. Kyc stores are closed. I m trying to call but cannot have option to talk with customer service support. No proper response from your end. Please help me.

  @swapanseth @Paytm Shut my account due to KYC issues. Don't see any reason to use them. They were a digital wallet and should have stayed so. That was a service that made sense. They wanted to become a bank thru the backdoor, then I stay with a healthy trustworthy bank than go to them.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Mobile recharge done successfully on Paytm with order ID 13377163191. Unfortunately mobile service did not resumed. VI operator denied that they have not received any payment. Please reconcile and settle the transaction immediate basis.

  @Paytm @vijayshekhar Hey your Paytm blocked my account. after full fill all required documents till not sharing me a proper issue. As Paytm is may be a payment bank so why paytm blocking accounts regarding suspicious activity? And let me know what is suspicious?
