  @Paytm @paytm @nsitharaman @RBI Concert problem is not solve, u are so helpless for me 🤨😔 No advice /call to solve issue. And government say to use online system. Very very poor service. I also send DM to @Paytmcare .But no solution at all.😔

  @Paytm @Paytmcare how do I deactivate my merchant account? Your customer care clearly doesn't care ! Every time I call they just keep transferring my call and then disconnect! No option on your app to deactivate too.

  I have been trying to connect with Paytm Business Customer Support but I don’t know why they are keep opening a new ticket and not resolving the issue since a week . There is not positive response from them. This is really frustrating @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness

  @Paytmcare Can you send agent to solve battery problem first because replacement and all takes more time Also if you are replacing then please take my faulty sound box at the delivery time of new soundbox because I need my current sound box for taking payment before you deliver new soundbox

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I’ve tried every possible way to fix my UPI issue — calls, messages, and app support — but still no proper response. Really disappointed with this service. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll delete this app for good.
