@Paytm @paytm @nsitharaman @RBI Concert problem is not solve, u are so helpless for me 🤨😔 No advice /call to solve issue. And government say to use online system. Very very poor service. I also send DM to @Paytmcare .But no solution at all.😔

@Paytmcare Shree dhanlaxmi general store,a registered paytm for business partner. sound box is not working after a use of 3 months. No one is picking up calls at your company. Send an executive to repair it. I have paid 500 rupees for that machine now its not working.

Worst service by @Paytm @Paytmcare Suddenly they freezed my Paytm account on account of incomplete KYC. Although it is done long back.Even blacklisted the Fastag associated with it. As per agent only customer care can resolve, but Customer care not responding.@vijayshekhar

@Paytm i was wondering even though many attempts were made on closure for Paytm postpaid still nothing is happening and ther is no proper way to call customer support to directly ask on what's going on .

@FinMinIndia @RBI Request to mandate all finance companies like @Paytm to provide customer care numbers and designate officials for queries and grievances. The present system of chat bots with fixed options is of no help and sheer waste of time and efforts.
