Vry disappointed by @Paytm @Paytmcare service, made a upi transaction but beneficiary not received payment. Request raised paytm 23×7 help, but no response by team. It's better to switch gpay or etc

@Paytmcare My transaction for payment of credit card bill for Rs 40760.77 against Order Id 15017343421 made from NetBanking has failed. Bank not received the money back. Not able to connect with customer care through IVRS. 3 days have passed and Paytm is pocketing interest.
