As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund.   @Paytmcare they a having such low level management of staff that they automatic switches the mdr charges heigher before even informing the customer and i suggest that no one should use there paytm pos machine for business purpose

I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff.
