Vry disappointed by @Paytm @Paytmcare service, made a upi transaction but beneficiary not received payment. Request raised paytm 23×7 help, but no response by team. It's better to switch gpay or etc

My paytm soundbox is not working since 4-5 months for which I have paid for 1.5 yrs in advance. Multiple complaints have been raised from my side but no positive response from paytm. Now even the sales manager from my area have stopped picking up my calls. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare I hv called customer care 14 days back to deactivate my sound box. They assured it will be done in 48 hrs I hv called customer care number 4 times since then every time same answer ; mailed you people, replied queries.But still no response for ticket id 5027753492.

@PhonePe @ICICIBank_Care @Paytm Phonepe charged 1 rs extra for credit card payment and amount will credit after 2 or 3 days. Who will pay 3 days charge? While paytm settled within minute without 1 rs. I'll not go with such slow service.
