@Paytm @Paytmcare I have 450 reserve balance and did 300 recharge extra and on toll they said recharge is not showing and Paytm server is down and all. I paid 190 cash double the amount. I want my money back it’s your fault. You can’t maintain ur servers then you are responsible

@Paytmcare My payment postpaid has been blocked I always pay my bill on time but this month I escalated this issue on Facebook as well on 16-feb and on 21-feb I received confirmation from your side that it will be waved off but nothing happened till today wrong commitment going on
