@Paytm WTF your customer service is. i waited 25 minutes and got no response. Is this the way you serve you consumer. Recharge se pahle to tumhe paise chahiye aor service k nam p kya bakchodi phaila rakhi hai 24*7 ki. 9 to 5 service do but kam ki do @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar connecting with your customer care is quite an uphill task. Please share the email id wherein I can email my issues regarding refund of Rs 500 deducted on 12 oct and my bank says connect with Paytm for refund.
