Dear @Paytm Frusted from your services & you Support team. Previous Ticket : 3184570969 Closed without any resolution. After that I call paytm call support they again raised new Ticket : 3195248473 for same case. And again closed this ticket also without any resolution.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Your customer service has highly disappointed me. There is no option to talk to the customer service executive on your normal customer care number and your emergency customer care service is like talking to the customer service executive after waiting 20 minutes

@Paytm I paid my electricity bill yesterday at morning 7:56AM. The amount was deducted but bill payment still shows pending as it says it might take up to 15mins. I raised the ticket at evening 5:30PM and still the issue is not resolved.
