I Lost my phone and mobile number due to which i lost my access to paytm and my email id. I used Rs 366.02 through paytm postpaid on 3rd December 2021. Now they are asking me to pay Rs 3396.72 for the same. How can Paytm justify this ? @AshwiniVaishnaw @paytm @jagograhakjago

@KamathGurudutt @Socrateszero I agree with you there. Paytm became wallet first and then adopted UPI. For other apps like PhonePe, a wallet without linking either a card or a back account is not possible. Hence they avoid use case like yours of a floating wallet. Perhaps @Paytmcare can help here.

@Paytmcare i have bus booking 20642757252 I requested for refund. bus operator said they are fine if paytm issues refund. Your agent said that you guys have raised the issue with operator for refund bt operator said its all with paytm. Can u plz issue refund if possible urgently?
