    @Paytmcare How do you guys manage so WORST customer service? I have an issue with my wallet deduction and trying to chat with customer executive but your chat support is worst ever seen, no executive to support chat, only so called bots with predefined msgs.

    Chinese app @Paytm defined a rule by which i can't update my number for 90 days in my account. These Chinese don't follow any @RBI rule. Where should i report this issue @RBI

    @Paytm @Paytmcare account is blocked 2nd time for no reason. Receiving different reasons on different platforms. And its been more than 2 weeks and there is no proper response and no way to check the status. And no email regarding the ticket. Helpless service Ticket id:3163078673
