    Why should customers bear financial losses caused by @Paytmcare failure to provide timely support? I expect Paytm to take full responsibility for any additional fees incurred due to this delay.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I had selected the wrong service provider while recharging. Already raised grievance stating the same vide ticket ID 200012157054 but the refund is still not initiated. 🤷🏾🤷🏾

    @Paytmcare the flight ticket is cancelled on medical emergency and you took all the deducted amount and didn't even refunded back what a pathetic support
