    Situation of bus stands is beyond pathetic in many cities & it's been like that for months & years. Superficial solutios like the app & website options for tickets is not an achievement in 2022 @Paytm @redBus_in @makemytrip can do the same job much better

    @Paytmcare , Hi this is regarding service. I was order through Paytm mall, it was expected to deliver yesterday date 30th August. But provided number not picking call after many time ringing and I didn't get my order yet. But tracking is showing it delivered successfully.

    @Paytmcare whenever i am trying to update my pan shows this doc already in use for this issue i have raise a ticket in 24*7 and also i am shared a pan card image as they requested but no reply from 5 days very irresponsible careless paytm 24*7
