    @Paytm Blatant scam by @Paytm Travel. Booked Pathankot→Katra. No proper boarding details, just a district name. Called operator, said bus cancelled, “refund aa jayega” and cut call. 7+ days now. Paytm hiding behind operator approval while holding my money. ZERO support, only bots/IVR.

    Recently booked a flight through @Paytm, flight got canceled @flyspicejet isued full refund to @Paytm. There is no reply from paytm no customer support, just a mod chatbox on which you get no reply. Its been 11 days still waiting for refund without any reply. Never use #paytm

    @Paytm i booked my flight tickets yesterday on your app an still there is no confirmation. Status is still shown as pending .Your help page on app is useless. Its an emergency please help.

    @Paytmcare Bought aldo gift card n it has been refused in store - as contacted customer care via app no response just robot generated replies Store staff is refusing it and telling me to contact to paytm itself

    @Paytmcare your Paytm app is no more that effective and the support window is hard to find. It is be to choose rest payment options than Paytm

    I did a recharge via @Paytm the transaction show's successful but it was not, so I have to recharge again. Very frustrating no proper support.

    I run 7 stores out of which 5 use @Paytmcare @Paytm sound boxes of which 4 do not work and the 5 was recently replaced. Pathetic chineseass boxes yall give and charge a bomb for an annoying noise in my shops and have the worst service and escalation matrix. Whats the replacement?
