    @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response

    Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation. I request an urgent resolution as this matter has already exceeded the response time communicated by Paytm. Regards, Sangram Keshari Barik

    @Paytmcare You are losing customers because of this mistake in the code. People are earning money by posting fake videos of how to solve the malicious app error. Hire better developers!

    @flyspicejet My Delhi–Mumbai flight TODAY has been pushed to tomorrow due to “operational reasons”. I have an important meeting tomorrow morning and NEED to reach Mumbai today Customer care isn't answering and your portal won't help. @Paytm says contact SpiceJet FIX THIS NOW
