    @Paytmcare @NPCI_BHIM Hello Pay when this problem will be solved every time I try to pay SIP by using UPI money will *** debited but Paytm won't reflect bit causing me delay in SIP. Please take some serious note I am complaining 5th time.

    @Paytmcare contd I want to raise the issue that i have not recieved my loan repayment schedule even after trying couple of times. I have pinged you the loan LAN and registered mobile number on twitter. Requesting you to send me the loan repayment schedule as soon as possible.

    Ban internet and dry out ATMs. Cards will not work, nor will @Paytmcare or any app. No @Uber_India or @Olacabs . No @ZomatoIN or @swiggy_in. No travel bookings. Given the ease with which internet is shut down by @BJP4India , we need to go back to a cash and asset heavy life.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar recovery agents from mumbai calling my family members and harassing and threatning my old parents by telling them that they will block my parents aadhar card. Who gave them rights? I want Paytm to take strict action againts them. This is the number 8291221523

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I am unable to use my wallet and about Rs.4000/= are locked in that. I have got KYC done at my own cost but nothing happened. It just doesn't allow me to use my own money lying in my wallet. Please help.

    If it is not delivering on time, then it should not show that it will deliver by 17th June. Not a single message from @GATIKWEIndia regarding delivery status nor a call. Just registering complaints and not taking action @Paytmcare Please look into this issue. #CustomerExperience

    @Paytmcare Loss has to be borne by customer ultimately if you would have mentioned expiry date properly I would have used it earlier. After all it is easy to say you have not read the terms and conditions.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 10 days passed and still no resolution. Is this Paytm’s customer service standard? No TAT, no escalation, no accountability. Kindly audit your support team before this becomes a major reputational issue for the platform.

    @Paytm The app is not working. For the last two weeks, after opening it, it gives the error "Malicious application detected. Uninstall application and restart device." I have tried resetting the device, but the issue persists. other banking apps are working fine only paytm not working

    Hi @Paytmcare, I booked flight 9I-867 from Hyderabad to Pune for 17 March 2026 through Paytm. The flight was cancelled and I was informed that a full refund would be processed. It has been quite some time now, and despite raising a support ticket and following up via email. (1/n)
