    @Paytmcare contd I want to raise the issue that i have not recieved my loan repayment schedule even after trying couple of times. I have pinged you the loan LAN and registered mobile number on twitter. Requesting you to send me the loan repayment schedule as soon as possible.

    @Paytmcare Extremely dissapointing SERVICE not only via App but also on Twitter. Sent details including DM's with all info & documentary evidence. NOT EVEN an Acknowledgement, let alone taking a look & trying to understand & solve the issue. Time to DISCONTINUE using @Paytm app.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I am using almost all Paytm service since longback Mr Vijay want to take paytm at top tech giant but Paytm team not doing well I was about take Paytm 1st membership , before that I was ordering 🍕 but app disappointed 😞 very pooooooor.

    Hey @Paytm fix UPI lite. It gets stuck in processing for a couple of days and then the money is debited, at which point I have already made another payment through UPI itself. Running around to places to get the double debit checked. @Paytmcare

    Made a transaction via @Paytm to @blinglane. Paytm says transaction was successful, Blinglane says it wasn't. Neither is responding despite multiple attempts to reach out. Absolutely disgusting customer service. @Paytmcare
