    @Paytmcare Is this really a customer care or a AI CHAT BOT. You want me to go to bus station with same ticket and all requested documents and take follow up with govt babus for my discomfort and concern happened due to bus which i have booked on your platform. Shame on you.

    Instead I got: "You can read the ticket, right? Go read it. Do whatever you want." Then they hung up on me. This is how @Paytm's listed operator treats a paying customer raising a legitimate concern.

    @Paytmcare I wrote to @CareJpb they are working on it but you have responsibility to talke care of your customers and take necessary action against fraud or scammers who are doing over @Paytm

    Paytm for Business has got to have one of the worst customer service systems I’ve ever dealt with. A “specialist” is always being assigned but somehow never actually shows up. The AI bot just loops in the same useless response. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
