    @Paytm I don't know how my automatic payment option activated and paid one electric bill of rs 400 without my permission. Without any otp and confirmation notification I'm very upset with this process.. And i want my money back... Bad customer service

    @Paytmcare I had a paytm account from a phone number in which kyc was also completed but the no. was lost and I am unable to recall that no. Now I created new account from new no. and when I go for kyc it appears that my aadhar card is linked with previous no. Please help!!

    @Paytmcare Credit Score issue is not resolved even after starting chat several time. I hate bot. No person's reply came, but it's expected when I gave my email id and phone number. It's really dishertening.

    @Paytm this is 3rd time i m tweeting for same problem. I booked a train ticket and later cancelled that, in between kyc was shifted to another number and its 3 yrs now, i haven't received refund. Travel party says call profile section, profile section says call travel section.

    @Paytm Your 24×7 help section in your app, is super pathetic. Doesn't offer any kind of way for logging a ticket explaining my concern. There's no way of talking to your customer care executive as well over the call. No wonder why your stocks were failed to gain values.
