Pathetic Customer Service by @PaytmBank and @Paytmcare , they are just in hurry to close the ticket id (198496031) to meet their number metric without even solving customer’s problem. 10das 4 ticket I’d being raised regarding same problem all of them closed without solving.

@Paytmcare Worst customer service in India award should go to Paytm. My KYC is already done still I'm unable to use my wallet, it shows upgrade your KYC and when I click on that it shows your KYC is done, can you guys be even a little responsible and look into this matter?

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Paytm Customer care is the worst, cant reach out to their agent, no mail ID given. Their IVR and ticket systems takes days to resolve the issue. And these guys want to file for an IPO. Please get your service right first. Order ID - 202109079839
