    @Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic service from paytm I have cancelled my spicejet ticket on 24th March and booked it via paytm, Spicejet mentioned that they have initiated the refund, but it's been more than 2 weeks now and paytm didn't give me a single penny back. Prioritize this.

    @Paytmcare This is not an IRCTC issue. Please stop shifting the blame. The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.

    Unacceptable delay in resolving my issue (TKT-251279). No proper response, only “wait” messages. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate to Reserve Bank of India and other authorities. @Paytmcare @Paytm @paytminsbroking

    @PaytmBusiness @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Already 12 days & only response that I get (app, customer care, twitter chat) is concerned team is looking into this !? Seriously what is taking this damn long to just disable rupay cc on merchant QR. ***** tactics to not let merchants do that
