    @Paytmcare highly disappointed with the customer care, no response since so long on a refund. Ticket ID: 200012412121. Have requested for a call multiple times but no response. Flight from Bombay to Delhi (27326371910 ) was cancelled and refunded by airline. HELP.

    & when I called to @Paytm support, the guy keeps repeating can't help in this. I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Ticket Number 3391154250. Mother's CKYCC Number has DOB error. Kindly rectify it within this week or else I would have to go to higher authority for Redressal.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare most pathetic service ever need to file case in consumer forum because they are fooling people doing fraud took Money and no response will go consumer forum if thy don’t remove that bus from plateform and give me 10x compensation our family still there waiting
