    @Paytmcare Wallet is locked & money is stuck. Doorstep executive has not come since a week for KYC. Customer care call on hold since 1 hour. Video KYC done still money is locked. Is paytm deliberately holding money and not completing KYC?

    @Paytmcare 3 of 3 Paytm does not allow users to take screenshots. And since the user couldn't provide details - query is marked resoled. 💯% customer service resolution. HOW INGENIOUS!!!

    @Paytmcare Dear Paytm On 16 July 21 I sent Rs 3700/ from my wallet to mobile no 88746 87227 (Paytm Account) erroneously. TRansaction ID:34850520297 He is agreed to return the money but he is not able to revert the amount to my no. Error shows as " UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT".
