    Wrote a mail to @Paytm support on Oct 25th & a mail to @vijayshekhar and @Paytmcare support on 28h Oct and on 30th October regarding 2 transactions where the recipient has not received funds transferred via PayTM. Prior to this multiple phone calls on their call centre. 1/2

    2/2 prior to this called umpteen times on their call centre bots respond and do not help. Called their nodal complaint officer without any success. No revert. Not even a basic acknowledgment. Such apathy. Deeply disturbed at customer service standards. @RBI @Paytm @Paytmcare
