Hey @vijayshekhar i filed complaint about my bus journey on @Paytmcare .. I think they don't care your customers so they ignored my complaint just tell you pathetic experience from @paytm And I'm not use any service in future on your app.

@Paytm Recently I ordered Bigbasket Gift card from Paytm. My money deducted from my account but Paytm shows transaction failed. I tried to raise this issue with Paytm through contact number 012038883888 but no one pickup the phone. No option to chat with them.
