@Paytmcare Even today morning, when I spoke with Customer Care, they informed that their supervisor will call me back in an hour. Till now, even after 4hrs, no response has been received. This shows how much importance is given to Customer Service and satisfaction 🙏🙏 @jagograhakjago

@PaytmTravel @Paytmcare @paytm Paytm Travel customer care is totally unhelpful. Booked International Flight Tickets vide Paytm App on 15/12/22 with Booking ID- 19879989756. On checking Air India website, it is observed that the Names are not matching with what I have entered.
