@EtihadHelp I booked my flight via @Paytm channel and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere not even the time .Is this is how you operate ? Even if I didn’t mentioned my student code at the time of booking still u cannot help out student for additional kgs bt not discount being world’s No. 1 airline.
