I also did not receive any SMS, email, or app update regarding the booking status for 3 days. Because of this failure from Paytm’s side,

  @Paytmcare have been emailing and calling support team, yet there has been absolutely no response. Refund for Order ID (26712827154) has already been processed by airline but not credited by Paytm. If not resolved ASAP I am left with no other option but escalate with DGCA & NCH
