@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I suggest someone look into this than sending automated replies - you have earlier said KYC needed, now you are saying request under process. Can you check what exactly is the issue?

@Paytmcare Have booked a doorstep service for Full KYC, and in a message it says that ₹150 will be charged; however the same was mentioned as free while booking. Kindly stop fooling around customers. And Cancel my doorstep service request. Confirm once done. @nehaglitz
