It seems like @Paytm @Paytmcare doesn't care about its customers. My account has been blocked for a few days and even after contacting them a few times they are not helping me. Their service is pathetic.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar I did transaction of 15,000 on last friday to my friend through paytm from my paytm bank account, transaction fail. Transaction failed, amount deducted, friend did not receive it. Raised request on help, no response till now. Ticket id: 3270871095. Very pathetic service!
