    @Paytmcare previously,I raised requests to close paytm postpaid account twice.I cleared all dues, waited till 10th Jan and instead of closing the account, you ended up cutting fees. You dont even have a proper care support where I can explain all this.. all you have is AI bot.🙏

    Took a personal loan from @Paytm & I’m not able pay the emi, & there is no customer care for the same, really don’t know what to do. I don’t recommend anybody to choose @Paytm for anything!! #paytmscam
