@Paytmcare Your DM response is a typical bot response which is being repeated again and again for last 3 days. Why Paytm refuses to even properly read the customer query and just gives fixed recorded bot answers.

@Paytm I am looking for some solution on my Paytm postpaid account 8851241512 from last 4 days. Just 3 days left to clear my dues and I am not getting option to re-pay using Debit card or Internet banking. Last month also I had the similar issue. Please help
