Hi @Paytm! U r almost a well established name. Bt it's sad that u do not hv a proper customer support. I heard it that it's very difficult to reach you and I know that now. You must a proper customer service number or an email where customers can reach you. @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

@FernsNPetals Paid twice (money got deducted from @Paytm but never received a refund for 1st transaction) for a cake which I never selected...!! Poor Service... I've been using fnp since 4yrs and 1st time they provided such a pathetic service.
