  @Paytmcare Very bad service , If you are using services of @Paytm and you are getting any issue and you want immediate solution there no such platform to get any solution. I have purchased Gift card from @Paytm and when going to use getting expired msg.

  2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare
