@Paytmcare Yesterday made a payment by paytm which was supposed to be done by me thru a link sent by paytm but smart Paytm did it by itself without even asking my pin & I too did payment by link. Double payment for one order. Trying to reach customer care but failed.. pathetic!!

@Paytmcare how do I get in touch with you? There are 2 transactions where vendor has not received payment but debited from my wallet. Your robo messaging or care is not solving problems nor there is a provision to send u a mail.
