@Paytm What's the reason that even after having balance in my wallet, insufficient balance was showing at all the tall and started working on the next day. Due to your technical issue I was double charged for my entire journey and also wasted too much time.

@Paytmcare @FinMinIndia I have been trying to close the Fastag account linked to my PAYTM account. I call customer care, you promptly send a link which takes me to a bot that gives me all options except that to close the fastag account. There is no human interface at all.

@Paytmcare What ******** wrong with Paytm and Paytm care executives? I had Paytm yearly membership and I renewed for this year but I got only for 6 months. When I complaint about this. Paytm care ask me to check FAQs for knowing the validity. Everyone will check T&Cs and not FAQs
