@OfficialDMRC I reacharged my smart card for ₹100 from @Paytm money deducted but smart card did not recharge and when I put my smart card on top-up machine it shows no top-up available. Still Not even get refund of ₹100. Same happens with me 2 times.Kindly improve your service

@paytmbankcare @Paytm When I DM'd cust care my number as suggested he replied this, he didn't understand my issue at first place. @vijayshekhar you seriously need to improve the PayTm to make it more user friendly.
