    @Paytmcare Paytm 24x7 help has not responded to invalid voucher redeem code query despite messaging them from 10 days on app.Voucher got expired becoz of their delay in resolution. Now Trying to act smart & fooling people by saying its expired. Query Ref.193360694 Reissue voucher

    @Paytm Used it a lot but now slowing it down as so many online fraud scam going on. Y are you guys not doing anything. I think all suspicious account should blocked verified & reported to police .So poor ppl dont loose their money

    @Paytmcare U r hopeless Holding money from last 5 days and not settling the amount to my bank account. Your customer care is horrible not able to connect . Diverting money from Paytm UPI transfer from other party to Paytm Business account without authorisation. TKT no.57268603

    @Paytmcare I am not getting settlement amount in my account ,could you please check what is the issue my customers are making payments its reflecting but not getting next day in my account. 9560358499 no response from 24*7 i have texted 5 days back to them.

    On contacting customer service the automated message told to contact the recipient bank i.e. @BankofIndia_IN . @PaytmBank @Paytmcare please look into it.
