@vijayshekhar Totally disappointed from your customer service, @Paytmcare @Paytm ,it sucks. They only send readymade email templates to reply but they don't help it out. It's been 10 days after they sent sanctioned loan documents but I have not received any loan amount into my bank account.

@Paytmcare I tweeted about PayTM postpaid issue, transaction kept failing and I told multiple PayTM agents who'll just ask me to 'check with bank' ,bank was working fine, PayTM gateway wasn't! Have to run pole from pole for such a simple issue! Still no resolution!

Hi, @PayTmPostpaid8 @Paytmcare @Paytm My postpay account has been blocked saying that I've overdue the amount but the due date is 5th of every month and the spends are done in feb. P.s your help chatbot is useless.
