    I have purchased a Paytm sound box and there is problem in the device QR Code so I have contacting Paytm helpline number from last one week though e-mail and by making Ticket. no.5023853594 there is no reply from any side I am very disappoint I wasted by 2000 Rs. @Paytm

    Hello I booked a flight ticket and received a confirmation mail but the attachment has an error Booking ID - 18113379188 @Paytmcare it's been more than 12 hours and I and yet to recieve an update. This is really bad service, I just want my invoice.

    @Paytmcare MY fastag issue is not yet resolved. There is no proper response. There is no any grievance cell to raise complaint. No contact number. 24/7 helpline is uttar bullshit. Whybdo you need 48 to 72 hours to respond to a message. Pathetic service and horrible treatment.
