@Paytmcare Hey, why am I not able 2 use @AmexIndia cards 2 buy gift cards on Paytm. Everytime I use Amex, it says Bank server unreachable. It allows me 2 add money in wallet with Amex, so it can't be a bank server issue. Have you stopped / deprecated support for Amex cards?

@Paytm @Paytmcare your customer support is terrible. Want to unfreeze my wallet but there’s literally no help available. You just can’t leave everything on bots and relax. I have to travel and fastag won’t work if wallet doesn’t have sufficient balance. Hv been trying for 2 days
