I had paid my credit card bill from @Paytm .. two days back...its success there...but @ICICIBank denied for any such transaction..what I do now ..help me to get rid of it

PNR WH31NQ My SpiceJet flight was cancelled, but I still haven’t received any refund. SpiceJet says “refund initiated” but gave no transaction ID. Bank needs the ID. Paytm is still sending “ready for flight” alerts & has no way to contact support. @Paytm @flyspicejet please help.

PNR WH31NQ My SpiceJet flight was cancelled but I still haven’t got the refund. SpiceJet says “initiated” but gave no transaction ID, and my bank can’t trace it without that. @Paytm @flyspicejet please help.
