  @Paytmcare @kunalku04394536 Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare I am unable to access PayTM for the past few days. I raised a complaint video ticket number 200012721774 on 24 August, yet the issue still persists. This is to escalate the issue.

  @Paytmcare How's that my problem. You took my money on their behalf, you earn commission or whatever. You are responsible. They might never reply then? It's already two weeks. Just give back my money and deal with them how you see fit. If more of my time is wasted, I'd require compensation.

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytm @Paytmcare Unbale to use paytm. I have already written to your CC team, but no resolution has been provided yet. Since I don’t have access to my Paytm ac on my primary device, I’m unable to raise a ticket. Request you to please look into this and resolve it earliest
