    Dear @Paytm ur service is worst service I have been facing issue with ur paytm wallet @vijayshekhar as im updating my kyc pan was correct but it says error im stuck with 5k money in d wallet which I need for emergency hospital purpose ind times of covid pls resolve team paytm

    @Paytm And I would get full refund as it is not my fault. I didn't receive any message or call from the operator on the day of departure so the bus definitely cancelled. After few days I contact paytm customer service, they changed their words and told me to contact operator.
