I must say that the @Paytm help center is full of unprofessional people. You raise a concern they will simply mark it resolved. Not just one time, I've been facing it for a long time for an outstanding issue!

@Paytmcare Dear Paytm, last 5 days I have asked to upgrade my business A/c.but paytm is'nt able to upgrade it have given complete Doc and it is showing in my account also but phone executive is asking me again & again how many times i have to provide documents. Paytm service is very bad.

@Paytm I have done online recharge of 800 rupees of my patanjali ssc card through paytm. But till now no money add in card balance neither refund in my account. Patanjali not give satisfactory answer to me. Its your responsibility to solve the problem of my from them. Do quickly.
