    Made a bus ticket booking, the operator now informs that the service will not be available as scheduled but it's not yet reflected on paytm. Kindly verify and inform those booked from your end @PaytmTravel @Paytm Pls note: user unable to send customized messages to support team

    @Paytmcare I already am a KYC verified user but don't know how my Paytm wallet froze, and it asking me to do KYC again. The KYC point is very far from my residence so I want to do KYC online but I'm not seeing any options for Video KYC in my Paytm app. Kindly help

    @Paytm @Paytmcare you guys have the worst customer support.I tried more than 10 times , kept following all the steps but nobody responded.I have asked to activate my fastag instead you did the total opposite you deactivate it . Is this how you are going to give support?.

    For the past two months I was trying to close my paytm postpaid account but no response from Paytm support. I was told by paytm assistant that it will close by 7th august but it is still active. How much I have to wait to close my postpaid account @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank

    @Paytm booked a AirAsia flight ticket through paytm. Upon checking the PNR on the AirAsia official website I got a response that invalid PNR. I have been reaching Paytm for 2 days to help and to reschedule the travelling but no response or action. #dissatisfied
