    @Paytmcare Surprised to see that in spite of not having a proper grievance redressal system in place, #RBI blindly gives bank license to this **** company. Trying to raise a complaint for such a small thing but #paytm app and it's system sucks. #fraud @RBI @Paytm

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare worst experience ever with Paytm. Not satisfied response from customer care to resolve my problem. Already raise ticket 5 times through Paytm app and two times through DM on tweeter.😡

    @Paytm We have booked a soundbox and your sales executive has provided us the same with the wrong QR code. The amount credited to an unknown account has been received but the problem of the soundbox hasn't been solved by the Paytm Team Yet. We are requesting the executives for 2month.

    Finally when they responded, was astonished to see that they still don't know anything about the issue. Above all they know nothing about the versions their own app that which version has what feature available. @Paytm
