    @Paytmcare ..& not cashback points. There is no option to communicate further with Paytm. Paytm has neither customer care number of email id. This is very unfair on the part of Paytm. Very unfortunate indeed.

    @Paytmcare Hi Paytm. I had gone to get KYC done today but your vendor is charging 30 rupees to do a KYC as service charge. I don't think you charge a fee. How do I get KYC done?

    @PayTmPostpaid8 i have raised request to deactivate my postpaid service via chat process and every time it was informed tht it will be deactivated in the next billing but till now it is active. No proper CC for postpaid service @Paytmcare
