@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

Why is @Paytm forcing me to pay postpaid bills in round off always? Why should I pay RS 350 for a bill of RS. 349.41? You may say the extra amount will be settled in the next bill. But to pay higher amount or not is customer's choice, isn't it? @Paytmcare

I had booked fast tag for my vehicle on 07.01.23 vide order ID 20066392392. I had received sms on 09.01.23 that F.T. delivered. But it was actually not delivered. I have lodged complaint in Help & Support on 10.01.23. But it was not fruitful.@Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Yes u responded but no positive solutions. I received a call stating that my case is in progress nothing else. How much time do u take to resolve this? Because of ur carelessness I was not able to register my complaint in Paytm customer care. Messages and calls are harassing me.
