@Paytmcare Dear team previously i was able to pay at petrol filling station via paytm postpaid , but from this month iam unable to pay , why this happening. Petrol filling was one of my use from postpaid and you are not giving this service to me.

Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare

@Paytm can be the best example on how to ruin your business. A platform fee of ₹4 for the electricity bill payment. The same service is free in @PhonePe & of course I went ahead with the latter. @vijayshekhar you need to revisit your decision made by your policy makers.

Paytm Scratch Card Bug: You heard it right. If you pay via Phonepe UPI you will get scratch card in paytm. I haven't used paytm today after my payment successful in phonepe i got notification from paytm. Fix this ASAP @Paytm @Paytmcare #Paytm #PaytmUPIBug

@Cyberdost Very slow to response and cannot connect u. If u were quick then one fraudulent transaction would have stopped and u could have caught fraudsters as it was in gateway after complaint to u and to bank but @paytm claimed after 30hrs of complaint. Only for name sake.
