@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

@Paytm @vijayshekhar 3rd class customer care helpdesk you have opened can't resolve one fraudulent transaction on the helpdesk and Paytm is not following any @RBI guidelines in refunding customer's money to hi saccount that's why no reason his IPO also failed
