@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

@Paytmcare Dear team previously i was able to pay at petrol filling station via paytm postpaid , but from this month iam unable to pay , why this happening. Petrol filling was one of my use from postpaid and you are not giving this service to me.

@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I am using payment gateway by paytm. They have the worst customer service, there is no one to help you if you come across any issue. There is no option to raise ticket as well. Please help me with the deactivation process.

.@Paytm app was slow even when Sam Curran tried to credit his account with MoM monetary prize. The tab was working perfectly. May be giving that tab would have been better option.

@Paytm the most disgusting paying app. I raised an urgent issue in 2019 about my account being hacked and it's 2021. It's better to switch rather wasting energy on customer care service.
