    @EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

    @Paytmcare Dear team previously i was able to pay at petrol filling station via paytm postpaid , but from this month iam unable to pay , why this happening. Petrol filling was one of my use from postpaid and you are not giving this service to me.

    Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare you dont have enough manpower to get me aCS executive? Tracle starts in 2 hours and you are suggesting a ticket based reply in 4 hrs.. no way to contact the CS person and get problem resolved What kind of service is this? I am stuck at the mercy of the operator

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

    @Paytm @YoloBus My Srinagar–Delhi bus 5 July was scheduled to depart at 3:00PM. I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.

Deactivate this Soundbox immediately and refund the deducted amount, or I will escalate this fraud to the RBI Ombudsman and National Consumer Helpline. Resolve it

    Hi @Paytmcare, Our customers accidentally sent ₹1,656 to the wrong UPI (lk926279@ybl) through Paytm. Transaction Ref No: 309952673067 (07 Jul, 08:18 PM). This was a genuine mistake. We have already raised a complaint in the app. Kindly help us recover the amount. @Paytm

My ₹843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest. This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience.
