Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

Dear, @Paytmcare My paytm got logged out suddenly and when i tried to log in, some message containing UPI and confidential details were sent to few numbers without my permission. My inbox popped and when i checked, there were few numbers on which text messages were sent.

Paytm @Paytm otherwise you can connect with the chat process of paytm postpaid and I am connect with chat process then they said we will contact you 2 to 4 hours and after waiting they don't contact because they don't remember of our work and the customer facing issue

@Paytmcare dear paytm, i contacted your customer care executive 4+ time and also used you 24x7 support in app section 5+ time but there are no response from them. Customer executive tell me wait again and again from last 7 days. very bad service 😡😭
