    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

    Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

    @paytmmallcare How long? Do you need one month to identify such minor issue? In today's high speed working culture, @Paytm @PaytmMall need months to resolve my issue. How can a company which totally uses online platform, take too much time to resolve customer issues?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I tried reaching you will call email msg, but nt posible, My attached order has shipped with blue dart, request to pls change the courier as the service of blue dart is not upto the mark in my area, they don't deliver the order
