@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Dear team previously i was able to pay at petrol filling station via paytm postpaid , but from this month iam unable to pay , why this happening. Petrol filling was one of my use from postpaid and you are not giving this service to me.

@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

@Paytmcare received the Dm from your Team, but havnt received any Solution yet. I had already made a Payment and cleared. But a Late fee appeared- for which Im objecting- and asked a Senior’s intervention. Yet I have not received any help. Kindly waive off the Late Fee.
