@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

@Paytmcare Dear team previously i was able to pay at petrol filling station via paytm postpaid , but from this month iam unable to pay , why this happening. Petrol filling was one of my use from postpaid and you are not giving this service to me.

@designsarpanch @Paytm Remove the store. You are not investing enough to compete with big players. Make the UI UX more simple. Remove promotions from the homepage. Move Paytm mall and support only local delivery like kirana store with a credit tracking system integrate it with payment reminder
