    @Paytm paytm I was told by my bank that their was problem in your system which lead to credit of almost 7 lakh rupees into my credit card. Which has been returned honesty to you. A word of thanks of thanks is due on you. Waiting for that.

    @Paytmcare Hi, I have called ur customer care multiple times but cant able to connect to them. Even raised complaint to close my business account and soundbox service. But ticket raised last month but no one bothers. Please let me know the solution for this.

    Dear @RoyalNepalAirlines @Paytm @DGCAIndia I was wrongly denied boarding on 16/04/2026 for flight under PNR: 14N04D by Royal Nepal Airlines staff (RA 206), despite carrying my original Voter ID. The staff incorrectly claimed that my valid original ID was a “copy” and refused me entry, due to which I missed my flight. This was not my fault, but I am being told by Paytm that the ticket is “non-refundable”, which is unfair in this situation. I have already raised complaints with both Paytm and the airline, but no proper resolution has been provided yet. I request urgent investigation and fair refund/compensation for denied boarding caused by staff error. Passenger: Yash Chauhan PNR: 14N04D Travel Date: 16/04/2026 Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

    I am facing the same issue with my @Paytmcare Payments Bank KYC. I’ve been trying for a long time waiting over an hour for connection, and still getting rejected saying my face and PAN card don’t match. I am using my original PAN cardPlease look into this urgently. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm I am a paytm app user. I am facing an issue. It is impossible to find your email or customer care number. Chatbot is extremely useless in resolving most of the issues. Please help, Where should I write, call or discuss my problem?
