    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare In the mail it was clearly mentioned that convenience charges will be refunded as cashback. Kindly look into this otherwise I need to escalate this issue. I think by unfair means you have profit in EBITDA otherwise pehle toh hamesha negative tha.
