2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

Very poor Service by @Paytm No response from @Paytmcare A lot of tym I have faced with the same issues with their UPI failure & money got deducted and nt credit back to account till you complain, and they not respond till 6-7 days where their bot replies 4hrs @PhonePe is better

@Paytmcare Pl resolve my paytm issue. My 2 login id created & was confirmed that it will be merged in 48 hrs. Ms Kiran your officer says she can't guarantee for resolution in timeliness..it's 4 days now & am frustrated My money in wallet has gone.Customer care is hopeless

@Paytm my mobile number is 9738881246, due to erroneous behavior of paytm app, I got fraud recovery of Rs.9103.07 along with Rs.15000, no body cares about customer. I have pathetic experience at Paytm. You can refer ticket id 3178694525, please refund my hard earning money.
