    @Paytm I have done rent payment on 31 May , but till now it's not processed in bank account, order Id - 13829829984, I have done another rent payment it's done same time , plz process the earlier payment on priority basis. Yours customer support team is not responsive very poor

    Took a big L today. Somehow missed adding my surname in a @AkasaAir flight booked via @Paytmcare and now they're saying you cannot add a surname. No clarity on if I'll be allowed boarding or not and if they can help make a fresh booking. I keep finding ways to lose money 🥲

    Hi @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm, Please give me a resolution it has been more than 3 days after raising the issue in X and more than 8 days from raising a complaint over email. If I don't receive the resolution I will lodge a complaint in the National Consumer Forum.

    @Paytmcare that there is some error on our side so the amount will be reversed within 48 hours and now the supervisor mandeep on helpline advised me that he is taking this to concerned team and then he disconnected the call and then keshav from @Paytm @RBI

    @Paytmcare Cashback promised of Rs 50 has still not been credited to my account despite meeting all the conditions laid down. That is the reason why Paytm has lost its credibility. Don't promise which you can't fulfil or just don't promise at all as making excuses does no good
