@Paytm I have done rent payment on 31 May , but till now it's not processed in bank account, order Id - 13829829984, I have done another rent payment it's done same time , plz process the earlier payment on priority basis. Yours customer support team is not responsive very poor

@Paytmcare Disappointed with the lack of customer support at @Paytm. As a bank and online payment portal, it's frustrating that they don't offer a proper way to raise a complaint through email or speak to a human. Instead, they rely solely on a dumb bot. #poorcustomerservice

@PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare amount settlement is pending in my bank account since yesterday. All transactions done through paytm soundbox have been settled already, except one. Kindly resolve this issue on immediate basis.
