I am using paytm postpaid since long time, but 2 days before when I was paying due amount through upi my balance was deducted but paytm app showing processing.and after 24 hours they charged 590 rs 1 day penalty and whenever tried to customer care but no response @Paytm

@Paytm dear Mr. Pathetic service when you r not allowing to use wallet, why you allow the payment and receive money from merchant. Neither accepting kyc online. Make my wallet inactive and still allowing payments, how pathetic service of paytm

Dear @Paytm yesterday when i was transferring money to my friend account ₹1000 rupees . Due to server down of my bank account money can not proceed but from my account money was deducted .its 24 hours over but i didn't get refund .
