    @Paytm Right now, it's your slow, lazy and pathetic refund process that is making me sad. I give you 6 digit deposits each year and this is what I get in return.

    @Paytmcare Air India had approved the refund on 11th Nov 2020 and refunded on 7th Jan 2021. I almost begged for my money to customer care numerous times. Tweeted, sent emails but nothing worked.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank there is a glitch in your app {ver 9.3.2} while doing recharge apply promocode section is missing . I contacted regarding this to your customer care no they assisted me and made me assure that I'll receive my cashback but now they are no replying
