    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

    @vijayshekhar , your Paytm service sucks..if there are any frauds, nobody responds in either online chat an ur AI chat both has lower IQ than 5 Yr old..Please get u house in order on such simple issues before projecting on cutting-edge tech @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Your support system is pathetic, no agents, no support, only AI bots. Tickets raised but no resolution. No callback. I need my refund which has been initiated by airline long back now
