    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare Refund status of booking ID 9242331296. The travel date was Feb 2020 and it's July 2021 already. I think my grandchildren will have to fight for the refund and not sure even if they will receive it. Really disappointed with the customer support. 1/2

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm @Paytmcare Why are you taking so much time! It's simple issue. On petrol pump we should get 0.75% cashback but I have not received it on the transaction. So what else you want to know? Why you are taking so much time for this basic issue?

    @Paytmcare : Worst Experience with Paytm App as well as Paytm Team. They release new features but are not able to solve the customer complaints . If you can't solve the problems, no need to release new features because you making Customer life like hell.
