    @paytmbankcare @Paytm ty . Inbetween let's go plan legal action. We tried contacting customer care the AI is useless not helping me . The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.

    @Paytmcare @as_akumar You will be lucky if your problem is resolved. I did a transaction on 6-10-21 till neither me nor recipient have received the money and they still deny the fact .. Till today my issue is not resolved

    @Paytmcare @Deaphen Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

I have been trying to transfer KYC from my old paytm number to new Paytm number for last 1.5 years, but even after submitting all the documents they are not transferring. Now I use gpay and phonepe @Paytm
