    @Paytmcare been trying to unfreeze my Paytm wallet for a month.But none of your KYC options are working.Tried doing it at a KYC point,I was cheated.Your video KYC executives are inefficient/unprofessional.They disconnect the link without a reason. Any choices left to unfreeze???

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I didn't give you location permission for this. I understand that you are doing this for additional revenue but this is extremely creepy. You could have taken at least the customer feedback for this. Please change it otherwise you will lose a customer like me

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Hi Support, I was charged 250+tax for not paying the postpaid on time,  I’m a sincere customer who has paid all the dues on time.  This month due I couldn’t pay because my bank Limit was exhausted.
