Worst service customer care.

The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

Called operator, said bus cancelled, “refund aa jayega” and cut call. 7+ days now. Paytm hiding behind operator approval while holding my money. ZERO support, only bots/IVR.
