@paytmbankcare On top of that my Branch manager have several times sent emails in regards to it for charge back yet no response.Who will you listen to @paytm @Paytmcare its not me not bank .Worst service.Please provide acurate dte and details on whch it was cr. And pls dnt say 6.10.21.

@this_mahamood @Paytmcare on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.

@Paytm money! PayTM has absolutely no answers to any of my queries! This clearly looks like some active collusion of sorts! Anyways I have followed RBI guidelines and reported immediately and so not liable to pay!! Also filed with Cyber Crime Police on next working day! Hmm 🤔

@Paytmcare I have placed a order on Flipkart on 8th November by Paytm Postpaid. The money got deducted but the order was not placed. Flipkart told the money will be reverted back within 7 days. But still the refund has not processed. Kindly help at earliest.
