    @Paytmcare @Hemish710 Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

    Paytm KYC points are not operational in Varthur, Bangalore area and Paytm don’t bother to update the list. Video KYC link provide to also not working. You guys freeze Fastag for no reason. Your customer car is pathetic. @Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare #waste

    @this_mahamood @Paytmcare on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.

    @Paytmcare @malhar22 I have done a transaction on 6-10-21 sent my monthly rent to owner till date it hasn't reached merchant or me and am just complaining ever since worst service.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I didn't give you location permission for this. I understand that you are doing this for additional revenue but this is extremely creepy. You could have taken at least the customer feedback for this. Please change it otherwise you will lose a customer like me

    @Paytmcare Okay but i tried to reach you through chat support but i didn't get any reply from your end and also I tried to reach through call all representatives are telling for post paid related queries they don't have support team or mail id to reach directly so that's why I reached here

    @Paytmcare Your so to say 24X7 help is pathetic. You are unable to honor a request in a ticket since 5 days. Non responsive support is of no help even if you call it 24x7 care

    @Paytm @Paytmcare but haven't heard anything from your team. This account is linked to FASTag. If it's not resolved at the earliest, I ll end up paying double at toll gate. The process is so slow and you guys talk about digital india...seriously..

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm ty . Inbetween let's go plan legal action. We tried contacting customer care the AI is useless not helping me . The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.

    @Paytmcare I transferred Rs 500 to UPI and instead of credit the remaining balance too vanished. Ticket No: #200011174671 was raised on April 1, till now only automated response or false information that issue has been resolved. Please expedite.

    @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses. I expect a resolution within 24 hours. Yash Chauhan

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness POS issue is now resolved and new machine is working. However, ₹3008 taken by agent Vishnu Sagar (+91 8770862325) under false pretext is still unresolved. Requesting refund and strict action against the agent. Ticket: 500007902909
