    @Paytmcare @FASTag_NETC Had an embarassing moment @electronicity toll Due to late update in your server The story is simple I knew I had low balance in fastag account so I had loaded 150 rs for the last toll about an hour before & when I reach the toll it showed invalid fastag

    @Paytmcare @Paytm ordered fasttag via your portal, due to net issues first order did not go thru, had to re-order. I now have 2 fast tags for a single car. Called customer care which kept throwing different numbers for me to call. In short I need a resolution and a refund of 500.

I haven't faced any issue with Paytm UPI till date.. n coming to case of wallet transfer as they are charging 5% atleast you can transfer wallet money right! And you know in case of #PhonePe wallet 🧐🧐 🤭 @Paytm @PhonePe_ #Paytm

    I have been following up to use a FastTag purchased from @AxisBank . It’s been blocked from @Paytm and @NHAI_Official. At least one of you should take responsibility to resolve the issue instead pointing to each other! Hope one day I would be able to use the FASTTAG!

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I had booked train ticket on 20th of March , but after the transaction the ticket is booked for 18th of March . I had to cancel because your system auto booked for a wrong date after your server issue and now I am in a loss of 151₹. Not happy with the service

    @Paytmcare I am unable to login to my paytm account in my iphone . It tries to send SMS but its adding +1 as a prefix by default.. Facing this issue only with your app.. Rest all apps and SMS are going fine ..

    @Paytm your services are so slow , not even customer oriented. Someone by mistake sent me money on my pytm num which I m not using , it’s wallet is showing empty . Kyc not done . Now your help n support says I have received money it’s in my wallet . But there is nothing .
