@Paytmcare @Hemish710 Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

@paytmbankcare On top of that my Branch manager have several times sent emails in regards to it for charge back yet no response.Who will you listen to @paytm @Paytmcare its not me not bank .Worst service.Please provide acurate dte and details on whch it was cr. And pls dnt say 6.10.21.

@Paytmcare such a worst service. Tried to close paytm postpaid account. Received email and message for getting cashback for 10 transactions service charge but no cashback received. And postpaid is also not closed.

Hi @Milkbasketin & @Paytmcare, there is a offer listed on MB about Cashback of ₹50-500 on topup using PayTM. However I haven't recieved the cashback, and each parties customer support is saying that its the others responsibility. Please tell me which one of you should i talk to?
