And eyewash on the app saying 24/7 support. I am@trying to reach support all options are only to bot.

Worst service customer care.

The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.

Don't be under any assumption that you can sweep these issues under carpet. You did not send any Postpaid payment notice. Reverse charges.
