The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. It would have been great if the Paytm support team had resolved this issue sooner. The resolution took more than a week and required multiple follow-ups through both Twitter and the Paytm app.
