    @MobiKwik After paying you transaction change approx 1.75% you stuck my money saying technical problem. who is responsible for that.... who will pay the interest for the money which you keep with you as loong as you want. You should learn from @Paytm how to provide good service

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel hey, my flight ticket has been refunded by the airlines more than 20 days back, to you. I had been waiting for a seamless refund. But, it didn't. Could you escalate the issue: 187488442 . The experience is highly unprofessional.

    Wtf team, first you ask customers to buy vouchers from @Paytm then after the customer redeems it,you still ask them to pay 0 electronically. How is that humanely possible. The amount gets redeemed and order status is unpaid. Happening for 2nd time.your cc is asking me to (1/2)

    @Paytm its been more than a month that I'm asking for your POS team to review your looting scheme. In the name of pandemic you are continuesly extending the deadline. Be ashamed of your POS service as well as the team. They do not respond nor give the required solution @Paytmcare

    @deepakabbot @Paytm Doesn’t it contain everything? like the place I probably live, balances and transactions. Statements don’t just live in the email, there are temp downloads, inadvertent forwards, prints at shops, email entry error etc. I’ll say give an option for me to decide.

    @Paytm Transaction ID 33809474685 on 26/4/2021 for ₹69 Receiver didn't get the money he is unable to log in to his Paytm a/c as the same is blocked. I reported the matter to you in the Paytm app, but no response from your end so far. Request you to reverse the transaction.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Today I called on your customer care on behalf of my brother who is struggling to get is 1651 INR/- stuck in his paytm account and got such a rude response from your team. My brother uses only paytm and you guys have blocked his money for no reason.

    @misssiyengar @Paytmcare @Paytm Even I have somewhat similar story . They are taking hell lot of time to resolve financial issue. Frankly speaking I don't see any utility of platform like this for insignificant rewards/cashback and poor customer service.

    I have converted postpaid to prepaid number of airtel mobile.but not recharging by paytm, if I select prepaid option then it will automatically select postpaid Either my mobile not converted into prepaid or paytm not working properly.@Airtel_Presence @Paytmcare Q. with both
