    @Paytmcare @tweet_tickster Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

    @paytmcare__help @Paytm The number which u guys gave to me is showing to raise a ticket already i have raised 11 tickets for not even a single ticket i didn't get a resolution customer care number is telling me again to raise the ticket like the same I did earlier.What is the use of raising the ticket.

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm ty . Inbetween let's go plan legal action. We tried contacting customer care the AI is useless not helping me . The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.

    @Paytmcare I have been using Paytm for the last 3-4 years with maximum still they are charging 100-200 per month in pay later service. I will request @Paytm to remove it or close my postpay account. #Paytmmatkaro

    @Paytm What is the use of creating all new things which are already existing you are giving proper support for Paytm post paid you guys are not having proper support team to reach them directly please do rectify the issue first and later create a new innovatives @Paytm @PaytmBank

    @Paytmcare @solutiodelhi on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service ever

    @Paytmcare Team, I have handed the pos machine on APR 07 as seen in the below attachment and i was asked to wait for 20 working days for refund i have not yet received any refund it's been more than 1.5 months..more how much time do you guys need to refund.

    @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare If you don't want to keep customers, then why do you have the platform, just end it. AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?

    Even after verification is completed it is showing failed to verify number. I am using BHIM from its initial releases but now I am facing pathetic experience. Where as i didn’t find any issues with @PhonePe @Paytm @GooglePayIndia

    @Paytm Is this how you value and treat your customers? Repeated assurances without any actual resolution are extremely disappointing. Please provide a clear timeline and resolve my issue at the earliest.
