And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

Worst service customer care.

The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.
