    @Paytmcare @as_akumar You will be lucky if your problem is resolved. I did a transaction on 6-10-21 till neither me nor recipient have received the money and they still deny the fact .. Till today my issue is not resolved

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm ty . Inbetween let's go plan legal action. We tried contacting customer care the AI is useless not helping me . The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.

    See @RBIsays, this is the situation, they are earning returns on my money for so song and may be on more such customers. @Paytm is neither providing service nor refunding the money. Do we really want to grant licence to such organisations who have no regard for customers?

    @Paytm I did a payment of Paytm postpaid which they are not able to proceed. Hence they are imposing fine on me. If you have to file a complaint in RBI or consumer forum for this issue, then it's better don't use this trash app called "Paytm".

    @Paytmcare Never seen such stupid ivr option while calling customer care . You guys wnat to fix the problem with with sms and robotic chat . My account is blocked from last 4-5 days and I am trying to contact the customer care but there is no option to talk with some human .

    @raunakmahajan @Paytm @vijayshekhar Yes, these stories should come out more often from everyone. But it hurts in some cases when there is resistance, like Ola/Uber drivers in Delhi. Their trust factor towards the app is far less than the customers. Is it really the driver fee issue ?? I don't buy it.

    @Paytm Worst service provided by paytm as i buy policy one month back and in there mistakly model is wrong 150 instead of 180 but when i complaint in paytm they said its not possible to change model they reply me after 30days but stll my issue not resolved. #ceopaytm #vsspaytm #Paytm

    The reason any company has a chat support is to fix the issue immediately. Whilst @Paytm @Paytmcare chooses to reply within 24 hours. I've been trying to sort this for the past two months but to no avail.
