    @Paytm hi I called to paytm customer care after 32 minutes his connect and I discussing for refund because IndiGo credit shell is not working and Goair taking change fee so plz do refund but call has deducted by your end

    @Paytm @Paytmcare You have a pathetic service in the world. At the time of getting a payment it happens in second but refund is like you have to fight your life off. I need my refund of Rs 8643 that your Paytm Care staff has promised last week. Close down if you have no people.

    @Paytm I have an issue with my refund which is not hit my bank account. I have raised a query but I don't seem it very helpful . It clearly shows refund is pending. I need someone who can take an owner ship to resolve my issue. .Query reference number : 167219990.

    @PhonePe_ you should have taken @paytm offer to use their gateway.From the starting I am using @PhonePe_.But now whenever i am trying to do transaction its giving bank error.Then i use gpay or paytm for same bank account and its working. Service is getting pathetic day by day

    @Paytm respond do urgent why taken conv fee against this pnr nor ID873Y and plz allow credit shell in one way booking bcz is working in up -down tickets so please do refund and Goair is taking change fee for reshedule against pnr nos NE3IFH , screenshot attached for your ref

    @Paytmcare The paytm app displays failed UPI based transaction. When I tap the first option related to "Need Help -> Issue with my UPI Transaction", I get a message that my UPI payment has been successful. Please resolve the display issue related to UPI based transactions. @Paytm

    @Paytm @bigbasket_com Amount debited by paytm and shows as transaction successful. But in bigbasket transaction has failed. Both of you are not ready to resolve the issue. Making me contact both of you multiple times with no resolution provided.
