And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. I have experience the rejection just cz of pincode, is it truly matters. Come to the tier 2 and 3 cities people earn and save more from tier 1 cities people. Tier 2 and 3 people are more disciplined instead of 1. Issue is not application got rejected but the reason is what pincode? Seriously **** !
