Don't by #FastTag on @Paytm .. was sent an tag not connected with my vehicle no. Activation on app is not working. And you will be in endless messaging or call center loop. No way to return either. Another poor execution by @PaytmMall . Should have stuck to my bank offer

@aash_tvm @sushil @Paytm @vijayshekhar Not getting into if they pay agencies or not, but that's another error. Well spotted. Aside: There's space for a good Malayalam agency to handle pan-India brands, for print, TVC, digital etc. Bloopers across brands, every now and then.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Guys that's where the problem is, when I selected CITIFRIDAYS & saved Citi credit card, why your app still selects FAST FORWARD way for paying, it MUST unselect it OR atleast give a pop-up. Guys atleast have courage to standup for your Buggy App logic, comeon

@Paytmcare @Paytm I had booked train ticket on 20th of March , but after the transaction the ticket is booked for 18th of March . I had to cancel because your system auto booked for a wrong date after your server issue and now I am in a loss of 151₹. Not happy with the service

@Paytmcare I hope everyone can read this chat with Paytm service provider and can understand how they deal with their customers. If the customer is in trouble they are making it more complicated, rather then giving them simple solution by contacting the recievers and ask for money reversal.
