    Don't buy maleria dengue insurance from @Paytm of @ICICIlombard as they are doing fraud with customers they are selling fraudulently. They sell the policy just to make fool the customer

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoney your customer care and systems suck... They are terrible and pathetic... My Adhar KYC was done PAN number verified but even after trying many times VIDEO KYC cannot be done .. then why put my account on freeze why i cannot transfer the amount to bank

    @Paytmcare, why do I need a bloddy OTP to talk to your agent? I'm not getting any help on adding a credit card. 35 mins., now. I am on the verge of deleting PayTM because of all the nonsense your app subjects me to. Why is there no direct number or human chay support from the go.

    Never take #PersonalLoan through @Paytm, which provides via multiple lenders & when an issue comes, then @Paytmcare won't be able to understand the problem & will close the ticket raised without resolving the matter. Why so naive executives are employed by @vijayshekhar #PayTm

    @Razorpay , @gocashfree Payments, and @Paytm are three payment gateways that seem to have no understanding of their own compliance requirements or the laws they claim to follow. They ask creators and businesses for certificates and licenses that literally do not exist. In my case, they requested documents that aren't relevant to my business model. I even showed them websites and apps, including adult content platforms, that already have their payment gateways activated, despite having no visible refund policy, no proper registered address, and missing several basic compliance elements. Yet for genuine creators and startups, they create unnecessary hurdles by demanding imaginary documents like Digital License or Copyright License Certificates, certificates that do not officially exist anywhere in the world in the way they describe them. The real issue is that people sitting in decision-making positions often have very little understanding of digital businesses, content licensing, or creator ecosystems. I am already using another payment gateway successfully, but my experience with these platforms has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. #paymentgateways #indialaw trying to attach a video in the comments section. I am not going to let this issue go quietly.

    @Paytmcare Please short out my problem. UTI id-606248804448 Paytm app used payment transfer to other end paytm user but not received he said since last 3 years he is not using paytm, but showing on paytm. My account brance sbi denied to take any action.

    @Paytm My Paytm account bearing mobile no 7008217083 still shows account access denied due to mobile no blocked for the past 8 days.I tried to contact Paytm and @Paytmcare and told that it will be resolved in 3-5 days but still not solved.Kindly solve the issue quickly.

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, it’s been over 20 days of constant follow-ups and still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic customer service and complete negligence towards users. How hard is it to resolve a genuine issue? Disappointed and frustrated with this terrible experience.

    @Paytm Payment business team is the worst. There is no proper support system, unnecessary charges are applied, and the service is completely disappointing. It feels like a fraud company with zero customer care and no accountability. Very bad experience.
