    @Paytm it’s impossible to connect to a customer care executive on your helpline. Everything is automated. Even the 24x7 chat window has its own set of questions and does not allow to put forward one’s complaint. Please seriously look into this. Please arrange for a call back!!!

    Today when i trying to add money to @Paytm it just surprised me by saying my account is blocked and need to upload KYC, though my KYC is activated. When i called the customer care KYC team they gave me a reference and told me it will get resolved soon.
