    Don't buy maleria dengue insurance from @Paytm of @ICICIlombard as they are doing fraud with customers they are selling fraudulently. They sell the policy just to make fool the customer

    @Paytmcare, why do I need a bloddy OTP to talk to your agent? I'm not getting any help on adding a credit card. 35 mins., now. I am on the verge of deleting PayTM because of all the nonsense your app subjects me to. Why is there no direct number or human chay support from the go.

    Hey @Paytm & @PhonePe Here's an idea! Why not add a radio/aux option to your payment collection machines, so shopkeepers can entertain themselves during slow periods? And when a payment is received, the music could pause briefly and prompt for payment. Win-win! #CustomerService
