@paytmbankcare On top of that my Branch manager have several times sent emails in regards to it for charge back yet no response.Who will you listen to @paytm @Paytmcare its not me not bank .Worst service.Please provide acurate dte and details on whch it was cr. And pls dnt say 6.10.21.

@Paytmcare @Nirajku0821101 on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.

Worst Customer support @Paytm @Paytmcare Direct Fraud is going on.. Don’t use Paytm Postpaid.. If you are using pay the bill 1 week before last date. If app don’t allow you to pay or failed to pay. The support team will take 3-4 days to solve the issue.😡😡
