    @Paytmcare @TANVEER00986505 on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank failed to operate in my area limits and even after 72hrs they could not fetch a BC and it's a **** company don't open account with them they are bogus

    @Paytmcare @as_akumar You will be lucky if your problem is resolved. I did a transaction on 6-10-21 till neither me nor recipient have received the money and they still deny the fact .. Till today my issue is not resolved

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm ty . Inbetween let's go plan legal action. We tried contacting customer care the AI is useless not helping me . The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.

    I have done My KYC by nearby Paytm KYC Point .it's been 2 working days my wallet is still freezed. Customer Executives are not replying properly and when they do they are always saying to wait for 2 working days. Now it's been 1 week I am facing issue. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare what a shame , so many tweets , no one responding from Paytm. Paytm is not following guidelines and circular of NPCI. Biller I’d created by NPCI / Bharat bill on 21st Oct is not yet visible on Paytm app , where as deadline is 14 working days.

    @DeutscheBank The transfer was done through Deutsche Bank UPI, customer service says it's a successful transaction but money never reached receiver. Asks me to speak to receiver's service provider. They say they provide just a service & can't do anything So where is the money? @Paytmcare
