    @paytmbankcare @Paytm ty . Inbetween let's go plan legal action. We tried contacting customer care the AI is useless not helping me . The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.

    @paytmcare @paytmbankcare Hi U had assured that you would reverse all convenience charges, late fee but nothing happened in the last 3 weeks. Don't be under any assumption that you can sweep these issues under carpet. You did not send any Postpaid payment notice. Reverse charges.

    @Paytmcare Past 2 day’s I’m lose all the works and searching for solutions from you and there is no any option also to connect with customer service and anything have issues system will response and take feedback that’s it’s there is any use from that

    @vijayshekhar - Hola. I really look forward to your intervening on the case which is pending since the last 4 months. Your team is seriously incompetent and now I lost trust on @Paytm, While there was assurance over a call to fix the issue and refund the bus fare, 1/n

    @Paytm @Paytmcare i made a payment against a credit card on 8th April. The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. Wat do i do? #PayTM

    @Paytmcare @Truthindia0007 its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

    @Paytmcare There is no such issues at receiver's bank. All are perfect there.. Paytm has not transferred any amount to receivers account... You are holding it for your needs.... Such a scam.... @RBI @RBIsays

    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.
