    I have been following up to use a FastTag purchased from @AxisBank . It’s been blocked from @Paytm and @NHAI_Official. At least one of you should take responsibility to resolve the issue instead pointing to each other! Hope one day I would be able to use the FASTTAG!

    @Paytmcare @Paytm ordered fasttag via your portal, due to net issues first order did not go thru, had to re-order. I now have 2 fast tags for a single car. Called customer care which kept throwing different numbers for me to call. In short I need a resolution and a refund of 500.

    @Paytm @bigbasket_com Amount debited by paytm and shows as transaction successful. But in bigbasket transaction has failed. Both of you are not ready to resolve the issue. Making me contact both of you multiple times with no resolution provided.

I haven't faced any issue with Paytm UPI till date.. n coming to case of wallet transfer as they are charging 5% atleast you can transfer wallet money right! And you know in case of #PhonePe wallet 🧐🧐 🤭 @Paytm @PhonePe_ #Paytm

    @Paytmcare I have booked train ticket on 18 Jan 2022 from IRCTC and i have payment using debit card through paytm Due to some issue i have to cancel it. Refund amount has been already sent from IRCTC But till i have not received any refund,please see where the amount is hold.
