@GooglePayIndia App seriously sucks. Most of the time I get a message bank servers not reachable. When I do transfer the money gets deducted and recipient gets the fund after 3 days. Henceforth I will use @Paytm until you fix your app and services.

@Paytm hi Paytm your customer service is so impatient and are not even trying to understand my problem and lacks any kind basic etiquette - on frontend you asked me to retry and I retried. I have now two transactions for the same event. Is there anyway you can help me.

Extremely unhappy with @Paytm Postpaid service. Haven't been able to use it from such a long time. And in app forum doesn't have a dedicated helpline for raising this issue. @Paytmcare do respect your customers. No response from Customer service team as well. #paytmchorhai

@UberINSupport I hope this happens. I had a similar issue with @PaytmBusiness but they solved it pretty fast and on priority. I didn't know if @Paytm cares for it's customers more than @Uber, @Uber_India does.

@GooglePay UPI doesn't have any issue, as I just did UPI transfer using @Paytm . The @GooglePay platform seem to have bugs
