    @Paytm Customer Care service is absolutely unresponsive. I am unable to get email ID or telephone number to contact and inform them of my problem as the online 24/7 help page does have my issue listed.

    @Paytm Plz take note of this issue that ws repeatedly brought up wid your CS and not resolved since 1 month. Ordered fastag and the same was returned by your courier person coz he cud nt reach me. 1st CS informed abt re-delivery. 2nd refund. Both have not been done so Far.😠

    @jagograhakjago@constaff @Gamepind @Paytm @vijayshekhar I have purchased deals wich worth of 10lakh but some of them I did not get coupon and the coupon I got that is not working I have contacted Thier Twitter handle and customer care now that are saying we will not refund money

    @makemytrip while trying to skip seat selection its showing this error. @AAI_Official @PMOIndia because of this idiotic company app, i couldn't book the tickets, 👎👎 @Paytmcare put this tweet in your advertisement also so that people don't book tickets from such worst app

    @paytm Weird stuff happening with ‘Scan & Pay’ today balance is being deducted but no payment confirmation! 3 times happened with me today- 2 times ‘System Error’ popped up & 1 times just plane white blank screen after the payment! @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Have sent a DM with my number already. Have received at least 5 more SMSs in this mean time. This is getting our of hand now. I DON'T want any reminder SMSs from Paytm. So kindly fix this immediately.

    @Paytm Allows to create multiple account with same mobile number. While updating KYC throws error as document linked to another account(which is same mobile number) Allows add money to wallet. But doesnt allow to tranfer as KYC not done. Wah Paytm wah

    @Paytm Thinking aloud If paytm has best tech at disposal, then why give option to subscriber to copy paste discount coupon without doing it AUTO? Why give coupons which customer never uses? ((Hand nail beautician I got, bit no nails) Never heard about customer delight?

    @Paytm why your bank is not doing settlement of pos, and other payment mode today, wheather paytm is facing any problem financial or having some problem, my firm amount nis due toward you, else has to take action aganist your company and bank
