    @Paytmcare Okay but i tried to reach you through chat support but i didn't get any reply from your end and also I tried to reach through call all representatives are telling for post paid related queries they don't have support team or mail id to reach directly so that's why I reached here

    @Paytmcare @as_akumar You will be lucky if your problem is resolved. I did a transaction on 6-10-21 till neither me nor recipient have received the money and they still deny the fact .. Till today my issue is not resolved

    @Paytm @Paytm @PaytmBank failed to operate in my area limits and even after 72hrs they could not fetch a BC and it's a **** company don't open account with them they are bogus

    @Paytmcare Worst experience booking a metro ticket. Payment deducted but QR generated after 3 hours. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

    @paytmbankcare On top of that my Branch manager have several times sent emails in regards to it for charge back yet no response.Who will you listen to @paytm @Paytmcare its not me not bank .Worst service.Please provide acurate dte and details on whch it was cr. And pls dnt say 6.10.21.

    @Paytmcare @siddiquiayan311 Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

    @Paytm please reply to ticket # 3170557143, nobody bothered resolve this business doesn't have tat what's sort of business why can't you resolve the ticket , Avinash kumar commited he will fix it from customer support I have no hopes on paytm

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar , Zero accountability from the Twitter customer service team. My Cibil score has been impacted Saving ac of @Paytm is still kept active Bus fare refund matter is resolved in name of "policy" while the system had an issue Still DM texts aren't responded to.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I didn't give you location permission for this. I understand that you are doing this for additional revenue but this is extremely creepy. You could have taken at least the customer feedback for this. Please change it otherwise you will lose a customer like me

    @Paytmcare @discoftr on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst customer service

    @Paytmcare it's more than 2 week but no solution of my problem...my 2300 money deducted from my UPI lite account but no refund till now...and always saying it will be solved soon...how much should I wait...worst service by Paytm...I will never use Paytm 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
