    @Paytmcare is there any option for speaking to PayTm@Care team or they only torture the customer with the Bot based support with all wrong options. And eyewash on the app saying 24/7 support. I am@trying to reach support all options are only to bot.

    @Paytmcare @Nirajku0821101 on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I didn't give you location permission for this. I understand that you are doing this for additional revenue but this is extremely creepy. You could have taken at least the customer feedback for this. Please change it otherwise you will lose a customer like me

    @rapidobikeapp whenever I scan QR to pay via @Paytm, it fails and shows "invalid note length" because of the note automatically added. One of you fix this please. Very frustrating.

    Paytm KYC points are not operational in Varthur, Bangalore area and Paytm don’t bother to update the list. Video KYC link provide to also not working. You guys freeze Fastag for no reason. Your customer car is pathetic. @Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare #waste

    @Paytm please reply to ticket # 3170557143, nobody bothered resolve this business doesn't have tat what's sort of business why can't you resolve the ticket , Avinash kumar commited he will fix it from customer support I have no hopes on paytm

    @Paytmcare What details do you require ? Isn't it clear in the post that without using Minkas I am not able to pay for the SIPs . This must not be an individual issue. Check-out from your end and resolve it. I don't want a third party service for payment . Today is the last day to invest.

    .@Paytm has gone down in quality ever since wallet got banned. It seems they lost interest in consumer app, even Times Prime Paytm flight booking codes broken starting with R49 series, not working. Paytm's interested in payment gateway & merchant QR businesses only. @VijayShekhar

    @vijayshekhar @abcoffeeindia @Paytm only promoting particular Payment app can cause Monopoly in the system. there should be need of multiple app, and let it on customer which one to use.
