    @Paytmcare Amount of Rs. 940 was made towards Indigo on 23 Feb which was refunded from Indigo's end however the amount has not bee credited to my account which I made using @Paytm . Please could you check and help me on the same?

    @Paytmcare @discoftr on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst customer service

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I didn't give you location permission for this. I understand that you are doing this for additional revenue but this is extremely creepy. You could have taken at least the customer feedback for this. Please change it otherwise you will lose a customer like me

    @Paytmcare Worst experience booking a metro ticket. Payment deducted but QR generated after 3 hours. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare I thought only your deliver agents are bogus. Now seems to be even the customer care is a bogus. Without even investigating your customer care is responding. I have CCTV footage of my house for a month your stupid agent has never come to my house.

    @Paytmcare @Nirajku0821101 on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.

    Paytm KYC points are not operational in Varthur, Bangalore area and Paytm don’t bother to update the list. Video KYC link provide to also not working. You guys freeze Fastag for no reason. Your customer car is pathetic. @Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare #waste

    @SamsungIndia Im very satisfied with Samsung pay but I have a suggestion. The app already supports payments through @Paytm wallet add support for Paytm Postpaid.

    @RBI @Paytm @vijayshekhar ban Paytm postpaid it's a method of cheat were only Paytm business can be paid but not other vendors like phone pe and Google pay users can't be paid it's a scam to make Paytm business mandatory use pls ban Paytm service at earliest

    @Paytm I have been unable to access my Paytm Wallet for a long time. The app repeatedly shows “Something went wrong. Please try after some time.” There was a balance of ₹1000 in my wallet earlier, and I am unable to view or access it.

    @Paytmcare I have booked through paytm. So you have to bear the same. They told they will not responsible for the same as I am not booking through direct from get book cab site. Lot of issues happened but there is no refund. Are you cheating to customer? Then no one will book .

    @Paytmcare My UPI Lite balance is still zero after a failed transaction on March 30. Refund received for the failed transaction, but my existing balance vanished. Human support is non existent and the AI bot keeps closing my tickets. Please help! Ticket: #200011160946

    Booked 2 flight tickets worth ₹41K via #PaytmFlights. Airline cancelled the flights, but there’s no proper way to reach Paytm support for a refund. How do I get my money back? @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare
