And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

This is the 3rd consecutive time my payment has been failed but the money gets deducted and won't be credited back for longer time. Worst service. Starting using @PhonePe and @Paytm . Indian UPI apps are best.
