    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar , Zero accountability from the Twitter customer service team. My Cibil score has been impacted Saving ac of @Paytm is still kept active Bus fare refund matter is resolved in name of "policy" while the system had an issue Still DM texts aren't responded to.

    @Paytmcare are you bunch of idiots? Why don’t you get this resolved? Why you always try to loot customer. When I already had conversation you’re going to get this settled for once and always why its still showing pending. You’re runing My CIBIL score. Which wont be tolerated

    @paytmcare__help @Paytm If i am not getting a response through the support team what is the use of raising tickets again and again. @vijayshekhar hope u can give me with something with solutions. Because of some pupils not updating the correct payment in Paytm App i am losing my cibil score.

    @rapidobikeapp whenever I scan QR to pay via @Paytm, it fails and shows "invalid note length" because of the note automatically added. One of you fix this please. Very frustrating.

    @Paytmcare Worst experience booking a metro ticket. Payment deducted but QR generated after 3 hours. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.
