@Paytmcare Worst experience booking a metro ticket. Payment deducted but QR generated after 3 hours. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

I did a payment at around 7:15 PM wide UPI Ref No - 303567840977 and 7:29 PM wide UPI Ref No - 303569735604. As your server was down hence I paid him cash as well. But now your system is showing payment is successful. Kindly arrange to reverse the said entry. @Paytmcare @Paytm
