@paytmbankcare @Paytm ty . Inbetween let's go plan legal action. We tried contacting customer care the AI is useless not helping me . The customer care is not responding. It's creating more suspicious things and thinking how many such incidents have happened.

@Paytmcare @discoftr on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst customer service

@Paytmcare @as_akumar You will be lucky if your problem is resolved. I did a transaction on 6-10-21 till neither me nor recipient have received the money and they still deny the fact .. Till today my issue is not resolved

@Paytm I've initiated trxn from wallet to bank transfer is in pending status.Even after multiple times infomed to paytm nobody is taking care of this issue.RBI's rule is to return the money in T+1 day for UPI trxn failure but they keep the money for 3-4 days.Poor customer service

@Paytmcare Delivered wrong fastag of my car and I was call on customer on 31st-oct. There executive created the ticket (Ticket ID: 3233420447). All most 3 days completed but issue is not resolve yet.
