@Paytm money! PayTM has absolutely no answers to any of my queries! This clearly looks like some active collusion of sorts! Anyways I have followed RBI guidelines and reported immediately and so not liable to pay!! Also filed with Cyber Crime Police on next working day! Hmm 🤔

@RailwaySeva Used #utsapp to issue ticket… Amount debited from account but RWALLET didn’t recharge.I did net banking transfer via @Paytm mediator. no refund or reply recd.. didn’t get response from customer care service as well.. can I travel without ticket until I get refund ?

@Paytm @sbigeneral Totally disappointed with both your service, i bought 4W policy from sbi genral through paytm and its been 48bhours i still did not got policy and i need to make some changes non of the service responds. If you guys cant able to provide service pls stop sales.
