Worst service customer care.

This is the 3rd consecutive time my payment has been failed but the money gets deducted and won't be credited back for longer time. Worst service. Starting using @PhonePe and @Paytm . The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care.
