    @rapidobikeapp whenever I scan QR to pay via @Paytm, it fails and shows "invalid note length" because of the note automatically added. One of you fix this please. Very frustrating.

    @Paytmcare @discoftr on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst customer service

    Hey people stop using @GooglePayIndia ASAP.... This is the 3rd consecutive time my payment has been failed but the money gets deducted and won't be credited back for longer time. Worst service. Starting using @PhonePe and @Paytm . Indian UPI apps are best.

    @_aashishsingh_ @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

    @Paytmcare Team, I have handed the pos machine on APR 07 as seen in the below attachment and i was asked to wait for 20 working days for refund i have not yet received any refund it's been more than 1.5 months..more how much time do you guys need to refund.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare i made a payment against a credit card on 8th April. The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. Wat do i do? #PayTM

    @Paytm @Paytmcare it's been over 3 months help resolve ticket. Your sla was 4 hours and ther e is no response. I can't use paytm do help fix customer support is a waste at paytm. Money stuck no one cares ticket 3182793181 help needed

    @Paytmcare I have been using Paytm for the last 3-4 years with maximum still they are charging 100-200 per month in pay later service. I will request @Paytm to remove it or close my postpay account. #Paytmmatkaro

    @Paytmcare It’s been 4 days since I raised a refund complaint and your customer care has done absolutely nothing except test my patience. Airlines have already confirmed the refund initiation, yet Paytm continues to delay the process with no proper human support
