And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

Don't be under any assumption that you can sweep these issues under carpet. You did not send any Postpaid payment notice. Reverse charges.

They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.
