    @Paytmcare @Paytm I had booked train ticket on 20th of March , but after the transaction the ticket is booked for 18th of March . I had to cancel because your system auto booked for a wrong date after your server issue and now I am in a loss of 151₹. Not happy with the service

I haven't faced any issue with Paytm UPI till date.. n coming to case of wallet transfer as they are charging 5% atleast you can transfer wallet money right! And you know in case of #PhonePe wallet 🧐🧐 🤭 @Paytm @PhonePe_ #Paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytm ordered fasttag via your portal, due to net issues first order did not go thru, had to re-order. I now have 2 fast tags for a single car. Called customer care which kept throwing different numbers for me to call. In short I need a resolution and a refund of 500.

    I have been following up to use a FastTag purchased from @AxisBank . It’s been blocked from @Paytm and @NHAI_Official. At least one of you should take responsibility to resolve the issue instead pointing to each other! Hope one day I would be able to use the FASTTAG!

    @Paytm your app is taking too much time to open. Initially I thought my net is slow. But with the same speed I could able to do twice the transaction in @PhonePe_

    @Paytm @RBI My only question is in which rbi rule you can calls my customer and disclose all my private data which you recorded when I use your Paytm app to these recovery firms what if they use my upi data to harm me financially by selling this data to other fake or fraud people
