    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare I thought only your deliver agents are bogus. Now seems to be even the customer care is a bogus. Without even investigating your customer care is responding. I have CCTV footage of my house for a month your stupid agent has never come to my house.

    @paytmcare__help @Paytm If i am not getting a response through the support team what is the use of raising tickets again and again. @vijayshekhar hope u can give me with something with solutions. Because of some pupils not updating the correct payment in Paytm App i am losing my cibil score.

    @Paytmcare Worst experience booking a metro ticket. Payment deducted but QR generated after 3 hours. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm is new fraud in market. Please stay away from its all services don’t use their postpaid or any service, they have zero empathy towards customer. They don’t give F**** to your problem.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare but haven't heard anything from your team. This account is linked to FASTag. If it's not resolved at the earliest, I ll end up paying double at toll gate. The process is so slow and you guys talk about digital india...seriously..

    @Paytmcare It's a complete and utter deception and misleading the customers. There should be regular check-ins for hygiene and sanitation on every agency. I will be reporting this to the consumer court, if the issue is not resolved

    Funny how @PaytmTravel replied instantly on Twitter saying “we’ll help you”and asked me to DM them. Its been 3 days since I sent the DM and again no reply. Public replies for image, silence in private when it’s time to actually solve the issue. @Paytmcare . Still no replies btw
