    Paytm KYC points are not operational in Varthur, Bangalore area and Paytm don’t bother to update the list. Video KYC link provide to also not working. You guys freeze Fastag for no reason. Your customer car is pathetic. @Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare #waste

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar , Zero accountability from the Twitter customer service team. My Cibil score has been impacted Saving ac of @Paytm is still kept active Bus fare refund matter is resolved in name of "policy" while the system had an issue Still DM texts aren't responded to.

    @Paytm why am I not able add money to the wallet even though the KYC docs are submitted? The so called 24*7 help in the app also is not helpful to raise this issue!

    @Paytmcare Past 2 day’s I’m lose all the works and searching for solutions from you and there is no any option also to connect with customer service and anything have issues system will response and take feedback that’s it’s there is any use from that

    @Paytmcare @discoftr on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst customer service

    @Paytmcare @Deaphen Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

    @Paytmcare been trying to unfreeze my Paytm wallet for a month.But none of your KYC options are working.Tried doing it at a KYC point,I was cheated.Your video KYC executives are inefficient/unprofessional.They disconnect the link without a reason. Any choices left to unfreeze???

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar

    Booked a bus via @Paytm @PaytmCheckin, faced an issue, raised a complaint but no refund. Only getting same replies: “we’re checking with the operator. Order ID: 26981749451 Ticket: MMK143224 Case ID: 200011523780 Delays like this damage the customer trust.Anyone else facing same?

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare My main Paytm account is now accessible, however I’m unable to access my Paytm for Business merchant account. It is showing “Currently you cannot register as a merchant”. Kindly check and help resolve this issue at the earliest.
