    @Paytm @Paytmcare i made a payment against a credit card on 8th April. The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. Wat do i do? #PayTM

    @Paytmcare @discoftr on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst customer service

    @paytmcare__help @Paytm The number which u guys gave to me is showing to raise a ticket already i have raised 11 tickets for not even a single ticket i didn't get a resolution customer care number is telling me again to raise the ticket like the same I did earlier.What is the use of raising the ticket.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I didn't give you location permission for this. I understand that you are doing this for additional revenue but this is extremely creepy. You could have taken at least the customer feedback for this. Please change it otherwise you will lose a customer like me

    @Paytm @Paytmcare It has been a week since my account has been blocked without any cause, and you suggested that it will be changed within 3-5 days yet my issue isn't resolved. You don't consider responding, you've been absolutely shameful with no sense of accountability at all.

    @Paytmcare It’s been 4 days since I raised a refund complaint and your customer care has done absolutely nothing except test my patience. Airlines have already confirmed the refund initiation, yet Paytm continues to delay the process with no proper human support

    @OfficialSBICare i'm sharing you the upi refrence for one my refund transaction,the issue is it's refunded on the old bank account associated with @Paytm that is not active and closed few years back, it's need to be transferred in source account upi refrence: 591965171426
