    @Paytmcare @rizkhan9810 Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

    @Paytm money! PayTM has absolutely no answers to any of my queries! This clearly looks like some active collusion of sorts! Anyways I have followed RBI guidelines and reported immediately and so not liable to pay!! Also filed with Cyber Crime Police on next working day! Hmm 🤔

    @Paytmcare Amount of Rs. 940 was made towards Indigo on 23 Feb which was refunded from Indigo's end however the amount has not bee credited to my account which I made using @Paytm . Please could you check and help me on the same?

    @Paytmcare been trying to unfreeze my Paytm wallet for a month.But none of your KYC options are working.Tried doing it at a KYC point,I was cheated.Your video KYC executives are inefficient/unprofessional.They disconnect the link without a reason. Any choices left to unfreeze???

    Worst customer support @Paytm . I have an open ticket since 12 April 2026, my issue is not resolved. Upon asking about the escalation matrix, paytm has now stopped responding on the support chat as well This is truly unacceptable. They do not have any number to call to as well.
