Air India customer Care agent is saying refund is not initiated and travel agency needs to talk to air India. What detail or request air India want now to proceed further even after RA number is generated.

@Paytm i had got message from paytm on 2 nd July for payment of my scooter instalment of.l&t finance and i logged in from my debit card and it was debited and again on 3rd July same installment also debited from my account i raised issue with Paytm but no response

@Paytm I had a message from paytm on 2nd July from my Paytm app regarding my l&t scooter instalment Rs 2905/- and i logged in from my debit card and it was debited and on 3rd July again same amount was debited from my account i raised the issue with Paytm but i did not responded

@vijayshekhar @Paytm All these numbers don't matter when you encourage fraud and scams on the platform. Its been 16 days no action has been taken. Paytm support not responding is a sign of support to the scam. Paytm as a platform is used for carrying out scams.
