    @Paytmcare @airindiain Refund is initiated or not?It’s been a month since request is generated. I was said by customer care that it will be done in last week. But no such status is communicated to me yet. Don’t reply that we will check and let you know instead give exact status now.

Air India customer Care agent is saying refund is not initiated and travel agency needs to talk to air India. What detail or request air India want now to proceed further even after RA number is generated.

    @Dheeru08r @Paytmcare The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Multihackassist for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
