@Paytm @Paytmcare I tried doing a transaction on 2:58pm Sunday 9th Jan, 2022, the transaction failed but amount was debited from my Paytm Payments Bank account and yet not credited and I have tried reaching the customer service over chat and call but no luck.

@Paytmcare This seriously a mental torture dealing with your customer service for paytm postpaid. One of the worst experience. Even if customer is explaining his situation, we only get a robotic response. Last 24 hours all stupid responses. Ticket id 22058027017.plz help
