    @paytmbankcare @Paytm Its been a week ,ticket raised for Paytm fastag issue .still not resolved. Clearly stated, it's a commercial heavy duty vehicle and we should pay double the toll charges at high rate.Either resolve the issue or bear our toll charges due to this.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney 22 days still no response from customer care, unable to active Paytm Wallet, I have already done EKYC years ago. On the customer care call, they are blaming the internal EKYC Team, and the KYC team blamed to wallet Team.

    But still his amount is not reversed back into his credit card. Why this is taking too much time when the transaction is failed. And there is no proper response from your support team. @Paytmcare @Paytm
