    There should be a review of cybersecurity by @IndianCERT and @Cyberdost on Applications like @Paytm (just one example) who directly read the 'One Time Password' (OTP) for login etc.. , instead of the Human entering it manually. It is like #EncouragingBOT hacking.

    @Paytmcare This amount was been added from a customer debit card as the POS machine was not working after getting transaction successful and customer also received debit message I allowed the customer to leave. Now how will I be able to search customer to get the same amount

    @anaggh @Paytm @Paytmcare Same issue here. Worked well until the first ₹150 balance. Then it showed “Blacklisted”. I almost thought it’s an issue with tag. But it isn’t. Called up customer care and was told that scanning RC & barcode is imp. Wish they told us before. Anyways did that. Issue resolved.

    @Paytmcare I was doing my mobile recharge from my credit card by paytm. Suddenly your app just glitched and the recharge was done on a different number. Now i am trying to fix this but 24x7 isn't helping me with this. Please solve this.

    Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Your chat support is completely unresponsive and ignoring the issue. This is daylight robbery and clear mis-selling. Deactivate this Soundbox immediately and refund the deducted amount, or I will escalate this fraud to the RBI Ombudsman and National Consumer Helpline. Resolve it
