    @Paytmcare I was doing my mobile recharge from my credit card by paytm. Suddenly your app just glitched and the recharge was done on a different number. Now i am trying to fix this but 24x7 isn't helping me with this. Please solve this.

    @Paytm An issue raised here when I scand the Barcod of Upi Id- paytm-8758814@paytm and sent to another Upi Id - that is BHARATPE.9043132446@icic Please solve the issue to refund my money from another Unknown Upi Id. I'm sharing here both screenshots. Thanks with Regards

    Hi @Paytm , this is unfortunate I’m facing the pathetic service from your side, I have purchased a car insurance policy but after 15 days there is no reply from your end no document verification even I uploaded documents successfully before 2weeks no action nothing is happening

    @Paytmcare Have you ever tired calling your customer care number? It doesn't connect to the customer care executive. It just play the same irritating dail 1 or 2 or 3. Don't make realise us that we did mistake by transecting from Paytm app. @vijayshekhar

    @AnandableAnand @Paytm I also had same experience. Got refund in 5 parts and when I tallied, found they charged fight cancellation charges also, which was cancelled by airlines. Customer care aurged for 30 mins that they haven't charged cancellation charges , showing me all wrong calculation.

    @Paytm also called my telecom operator and also called my paytm payment bank and sbi bank, no problem is coming from bank and telecom company side. There is no solution, this problem is very big for me please solve it.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare I never enabled single click payment for my card on paytm and now I am unable to disable it on your app! There is no option to disable it. You guys run Paytm bank there is no proper customer care number where I can actually talk to someone.

    @Paytmcare Paid 1299/-to Paytm for recharge of my jio mobile on 30th November 2021 at 3pm through ICICI credit card but my recharge was not done,as Jio didn't receive it. ICICI confirmed payment through transection id 569926 on same day,Pl resolve this issue and refund my money
