  @Paytm I used and on 5 may 2021 I paid my postpaid bill payment 2199.72 rupees through by paytm upi and transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my bank account and stuck in paytm and I also spoke to customer care in the bank, he said that the payment was successful.

  There should be a review of cybersecurity by @IndianCERT and @Cyberdost on Applications like @Paytm (just one example) who directly read the 'One Time Password' (OTP) for login etc.. , instead of the Human entering it manually. It is like #EncouragingBOT hacking.

  @VishalBhargava5 Most of the time found Paytm better than others. Brokerage a/c & POS/peer transactions r gud. Speed better, error lower. One thing am not sure if that is a bug. Noticed recently. Payment through wallet is not asking for a pin? @Paytm

  Very poor Service by @Paytm No response from @Paytmcare A lot of tym I have faced with the same issues with their UPI failure & money got deducted and nt credit back to account till you complain, and they not respond till 6-7 days where their bot replies 4hrs @PhonePe is better
